What a horrible experience with the pharmacy at this Walgreens. It's a shame with prime real estate…read morebut after seeing the 2.1 rating on Google and not a great one on Yelp, I experienced the atrocious customer service first-hand. My healthcare provider sent a prescription here yesterday. I actually had 2 prescriptions: the serious one I sent to Walgreens in Coral Gables and I sent this other one here because it's close to my job. Worst decision ever. Picked up yesterday after work the one on Coral Gables with no problem. Went today to this one during my lunch break and the older lady in the pharmacy counter, wearing glasses, not speaking English first says I picked it up - incorrect. Then, says they don't have it - incorrect because I received an email from Walgreens that they were processing. Then, says "I don't have refills" - it's a one time script. After 10 minutes I just left and emailed my provider that I'm not taking it because these morons can't fill something so simple. Don't use this pharmacy, across the street is a Publix. Go there!

He's so nice and has a good work ethic!!!! . Syollette a dark skinned older woman who apparently was fired. She yelled at me once made me cry and then today when I went in and constantly her register never works when I use any of my credit cards or my Apple Pay I ask for cashback and it gets declined every time and there's money so today I went to the girl another girl she wasn't too bright. I'm very patient and nice. She kept telling me what to do said it was declined and then I was worried maybe I was doing the wrong pin and every time I ask for cash back you got declined and then it worked when I didn't and I needed the cash back. They were very rude syollette is disgusting and she should be fired. Feel free to contact me. I hope you get rid of her. This is horrible. Amanda also is very nice but Jose I adore him

I can't believe it! I go to this gas station once a week on my way to work. But on this very day, I…read morewent to use my debit card in the outside pump, and it wouldn't pump gas. Hmmm, pump broken? So I went inside the shop an the teller encouraged me to give her my car and she'll turn the pump on for me. So I did, and went to pump. Still... no gas. So i went to another pump and had her change the settings to another pump. Still... NO bloody gas. I'm thinking either this chick doesn't know how to switch a pump on, or she's just not liking me. So I took my card back got gas at the station across the street. meanwhile, i'm thinking that was really fishy. Low and behold, I go home and check my online banking transactions. And there it is... she took out 2 transactions for $60 on my card. Small enough maybe for it to go overlooked by an unsuspecting idiot like myself??? I think not! But luckily, the my bank rejected the transaction before I got the chance. It was noted as fishy by the double transaction for the same amount. But still showed up on my online account as processing. Cheeky cow! how dare she! Would i blame an entire organisation for 1 dodgy employee... maybe not. But i'll never get my gas there again! Rule: NEVER use your bank card at a gas pump, use credit card or cash!

I was getting a regular medication at this pharmacy for my dog who was being treated for a…read moredigestion disease, about $60. A refill was taking longer than usual - I got on the phone with a pharmacist who explained it was out of stock nearby & I'd have it soon, but then also told me I should consider putting my dog down because the medication was expensive. I was confused because the medication was usually $60, I had pet insurance, and also that's my business?? I finally get the medication and it's 5x the price, $300. They insisted it was the right medicine though, & as I really needed it since it was already days behind, I purchased it. IT WAS THE WRONG MEDICINE, TEN TIMES THE DOSE MY DOG NEEDED, SHE COULD'VE OVERDOSED AND SHE DID HAVE A SERIOUS ISSUE BECAUSE OF THIS. The pharmacist who said I should put my dog down inputted an extra zero when ordering the prescription (so instead of 10x it was 100x). When I went to ask them to fix this, I also asked to speak to who I spoke to over the phone & they refused to bring him out or tell me who it was. I then had to drive across town to another Walgreens to get the medication. I also found out I could've had it days sooner had the pharmacist read the prescription correctly & directed me to this second location. It's been a year and I've never gone back for ANY medication - not mine or any family members because their lack of professionalism and empathy was beyond me. Genuinely a stressful, sad, and traumatic experience for me and my family.
