I stopped to take a few photos and noticed they had a restaurant inside. I was pleasantly surprised with their healthy selections for the day. Vegetable stir fry over rice was delicious. Their homemade chicken salad is juts like my mom used to make. I ordered the chocolate shake and the sweet young server told me it wasn't your typical chocolate shake as it was dairy-free, made with soy icecream and oat milk and their own homemade chocolate syrup. I've been disappointed pretty much each visit either by the wait time or some other issue with prescriptions. I called in two prescriptions via the automated service, each one on two separate days but within three days of each other. Received confirmation on both. A week later after receiving calls we had prescriptions ready I arrived in the drive through and they could only find one. I had my infant in the backseat and had already been waiting 10 minutes. The pharmacist proceeded to tell me I had not cackled in a prescription for what I was there to pick up and I only had one ready. The fact of the matter is, I did call and had confirmation the automated order was complete. How is that one took and the other didn't? She explained their system logs every call and she only showed me calling once. Mistakes happen, could you not simply apologize for the confusion and let me know when the missing script will be filled instead of chastising me that I did not call in while my infant is crying and has Brent through out this long unnecessary commentary? I mean it's good business 101.

Just witnessed 5/24/25 at 644am an employee with a name of Katie, who had bright red hair…read more Screaming at a customer, who asked why she was rude to another customer in a nice manner. She then went off yelling at the customer and telling him look where you're shopping as an excuse for her attitude to the senior citizen, also with other very unprofessional comments. The gentleman never raised his voice or said anything to feed he anger and looked very surprised by the events unfolding with this employee. Even the self check out employee was blown away with how Katie was acting. She should not have a job after disrespecting multiple customers and her place of business with referencing it as a place she can yell at people because we as customers chose to shop there. Than the employee refused to give me his name or show me his name badge so I could report him and he repeatedly told me I better get back in a threatening manner. I than advised him that he was wrong for not taking the pour cleaner and that it had got all over my hand. I had placed the pour cleaner on the counter and he was still acting in a manner that was threatening and I requested the manager and warned him that I know martial arts and that I had my toddler son with me and for him not repeatedly threaten me that he would do something to me for simply trying to hand him a bottle of stuff that was literally pouring on me and leaking. He than said something else to me and I told him to call the manager. The management and supervision spoke with me. They than told me that they would speak with the employee that his actions were u acceptable and that they would handle the situation. And me and my son left. I went shopping today and was stopped by police and escorted through the store by the police and held in the front entrance/exit by produce on camera and embarrassed bad with three police officers standing around me at one point and me being forced to sign paperwork that barred me from the Springfield walmart location indefinitely. I feel this location condones their employees to threaten and intimidate customers and than bar the customer for their violations of store policy where their employee made threats overtly to a customer and than condoned it. I have reached out to their upper management in hopes of a resolution to mend my relationship with the store location and am in hopes that something progressive will be accomplished. I will update this review as this progresses.
