The dermatologist's office suggested this pharmacy because the cream would be a bit more affordable. The pharmacy called as soon as they received the prescription and even though insurance would cover the prescription at a much higher cost, they still checked. The cost would have been close to $300 if I went through insurance but if filled directly with Wellness, it was $90. Communication was smooth, I got regular updates via text, even an option to prepay before gong to pick up the prescription. I went by to pick up my prescription around 3pm on a weekday and there was no line and I was in and out with my cream. I removed one star because of the parking situation - I can never get parking here, I used to go to a RN in the same building and it was always bad. For the number of businesses in the building, there is very limited parking in front. You can go around the back and park in the dirt and walk up or park in the underground parking. Basically, it's a bother. Great service and people!

Photo was heavily pixelated so it wasn't usable, but it stated "This is an online passport order, please cut into 2x2" which I assume was instructions for the worker. Had to make another trip for passport photos so this was a waste of time and money. For future info, even Walmart has a better system in place for passport photos. I would just go to a mom/pop shop that does it for $20-30.

Long story short, I have been going to Walgreens by my home for a while, but they have been slacking a few times and the people there seems miserable and unhelpful. My 4 year old son got an infection and needed antibiotics and Walgreens gave me the run around all day, till I finally came and said they were sold out and for me to call around and find a pharmacy that had it in stock to transfer my son's prescription. It's late and most pharmacies were closing so I was scared I wouldn't be able to help my son. I called McKee to see if they had the antibiotics in stock and they did, but was closing in 10 mins after I called around 6pm. I rushed over way past their closing time, and a very helpful and kind lady helped me out and I was able to get our electronic prescription from Walgreens transferred over to McKee Medical Pharmacy. I was an emotional wreck that night because no parent likes seeing their child suffer, and it was getting late, I felt hopeless and I was afraid that I couldn't get his medication that evening... Thanks goodness for McKee staffs and pharmacist for helping a frantic mom out, I am so so so grateful and thankful for your help! My child took the antibiotics that night and woke up feeling much better already the next day. I am so glad he did not have to suffer a night due to Walgreens negligence. I will be changing my pharmacy to McKee permanently! Thank you all again from the bottom of my heart!! I really appreciate your staff's kindness and empathy towards me that night... Unfortunately I had a prescription sent over her from my…read moredaughters pediatrician and was told 2 times it was not sent over Huong helped at the front desk and instead of assisting to help me she had me walking back and forth for the prescription to make sure it was sent. Lucky for me they are across from them. For the third time I had to get a physical prescription wrote out from the doctor. Just incase any one takes an elder this was my experience for today.
