My husband's biggest issue here is with the food court lol. He says its unorganized but it seemed fine.

If you don't have health insurance, the pharmacy has really good prices. You can even get pet meds here. The prices are great on items like: HVAC air filters, extra virgin olive oil, frozen fish, cheese, protein drinks, dog treats and dog beds, and snacks. If you're having a big party the membership is worth it. They have all the party supplies you need. The gasoline is usually 20-30 cents cheaper a gallon than regular gas stations. I called earlier, on hold over 90 minutes then disconnected. Now on hold ("please be patient, next available representative will be with you....") for another hour. The lady who finally answered was polite, took my information and said I would have an email within 24 hours. So, if lucky, I will have results after 10 days that my coworkers got in 3 days from another site and which CVS promised in 5-7 days max. I started getting upset and told the girl that I've been waiting for a call letting me know they were ready because originally they did not have this med in stock so this would be the 3rd time in 2 weeks I'm waiting to get a call a text but I got nothing . Told the girl to get manager at that point and started raising my voice telling her how un professional that was that they send out someone to greet or help customer without any knowledge of the businesses rules and regulations and I want to talk to manager! Then girl went back in and got my meds Wow! So I am not happy that I was treated so poorly never got a call from store management to acknowledge the mistake and simply say sorry . I will continue to doing business there do to the fact it's close to my Drs office. But I will hope for this business the best for the future .

It evoked memories of the old days when we blindly snapped photos on 35mm, not getting to find out for sometimes days or even weeks how silly or cool we looked. But I digress. I tried to call Mid Rivers / Mexico pharmacy, was on hold for 10 min. although there was only 1 caller ahead of me. I took the call back option, when they called back they hung up after two rings. I called again, I drove to the location, which is 10 minutes away, and they still had not answered. Totally unacceptable!! On flip side pharmacist was very helpful and was able to transfer meds to this location. She was excellent!

Called for an update on my Rx that was a day past there given pickup date for status. After being…read moreon hold for over 30 min I was by the worker that they have don't have any staff in place at this location and told me I should go elsewhere to get my Rx filled. When I asked why I was not made aware of this up front I was told they have no team or plan in place. Also had an issue where I canceled a Rx, asked specifically not to include that Rx at pick up and the pharmacist still charged me for it. They couldn't fix it over the weekend, I have to wait for pharmacy to reopen and go back in rather then just refund the mistake.

From the time I walk in I push a button , they come to pick up area within two minutes then get my order, hand me my receipt and I'm out the door within five minutes total! I have had a great experience with customer service in the pharmacy. However I have concerns…read moreregarding the current pharmacist on staff. In the last month and a half, I have caught two major errors in prescriptions. First one: only 30 of 90 days was filled. Someone marked it as a complete order. I had to go up there and explain, brought the bottle, and had to watch them try to figure it out on the computer. They fixed it with no issue and I was able to get the other 60 pills, but they still had no idea how it happened in the first place. Second one: Multiple errors! My son had an increased dosage of a med and I went to pick up the refill. When I got home, I found that it was the old dosage and not the current one. I had to deep dive online to find that they never discontinued the old prescription. On top of that, the label said there was only 40 mLs in the bottle, but there was easily a lot more than that. I had to bring it all up to the pharmacy to have them fix it. The pharmacist was able to fix it, but online it still shows that the old prescription is ready for pickup. I guess I will find out next month if it is actually discontinued or if another error will be made. I'm very concerned that if I found two errors with ours, how many people are picking up meds with errors that don't notice it.

I had been having trouble getting my regular monthly RX through chain drugstores because they…read moredidn't keep the meds on hand and my insurance only allows 8 pills versus the 10 that the package of medicine comes in (and most places won't split up the package). In general it had been a huge hassle. I didn't know that this pharmacy existed until my neurologist recommended them. They called in the RX directly to Excel for me. Excel called me to confirm it and confirm my address. Then they filled my RX and had their personal delivery driver bring it to my home for free within 2 days! And they set it up for auto-refill and have delivered it multiple months since then! It has been amazing! I cannot rave enough about this pharmacy.

The dr says they used to be good but many patients have been having trouble. Apparently there is only one person here who knows what's going on. If you can, do yourself a favor and find another source. Lots of headaches and trouble w/ excel. You will go weeks waiting on your meds while they scramble in what must be total chaos.
