I called again, I drove to the location, which is 10 minutes away, and they still had not answered. Totally unacceptable!! My prescription that is a normal refill that they said was ready needs to be verified? No explanation...she just hung up the phone and never came back to the window. After 20 minutes I gave up and drove away. I'm transferring these prescriptions to Walgreens. Consistently bad service here and this is the last straw.

In general it had been a huge hassle. I didn't know that this pharmacy existed until my neurologist recommended them. They called in the RX directly to Excel for me. Excel called me to confirm it and confirm my address. Then they filled my RX and had their personal delivery driver bring it to my home for free within 2 days! And they set it up for auto-refill and have delivered it multiple months since then! It has been amazing! I cannot rave enough about this pharmacy.
