Personally I think it's ridiculous that you can't even call and get a person. You have to leave a message and wait for someone to call you back. This is the second time for my same prescription I'm still waiting almost a week and all it says is it's on "delay." What does that mean and how much longer?? However I did get my concern addressed on another occasion reference my new prescription. I know as a fact that this CVS Pharmacy had ups and downs before. I personally had issues lake picking up wrong medication and had to pay for it and not being able to returned it. But after meeting John because of an emergency need, we have named this store for all of our needs. John came and put order in the house, we haven't had any other issue since his arrival. This pharmacy is truly busy, especially during the times you would expect. The main pharmacist is a man (I'm sorry I don't know his name) but every single time I come in, he is super busy and is ALWAYS trying to accommodate by giving vaccines and filling prescriptions while people are there. This pharmacy is a true embodiment of a business doing their best with what they have. The workers try hard to accommodate everyone. I see that it's a lot. I'm appreciative that they do care, because that concept isn't lost. But I do feel like the pharmacy needs more help to relieve some tension that may be there in the background during certain hours. Or specifically another main pharmacist. He is only one man. Thank you CVS Murabella for everything you do. My family is appreciative of you and I will not change to a different pharmacy. You do your best to keep a positive attitude which I know can be a struggle sometimes. You show that being busy doesn't mean you don't know what you're doing. When picking up a prescription on Thanksgiving November 23, 2023 I overheard the pharmacist respond to a fellow worker, "they will not transfer prescriptions from Walgreens to CVS on this day since Walgreens is closed." The pharmacist indicated they would 'transfer the day after Thanksgiving, this will show Walgreens.' This is preposterous penalizing a person who relies on medication just to prove to competition Walgreens should be open on this holiday! This CVS is the worst I have ever been to, I echo a previous persons review, it is a ghetto store. We will never get medication or buy anything at this store ever again! read more

I moved from Duval to Murabella, and to my surprise only CVS would take my prescriptions. I pray that they keep a stock every month. I choose pharmacies that will take me because I consistently go to the same pharmacy monthly and I don't pharmacy jump. Too many bad reviews (probably rude customers). I went to get my passport pictures there and it took less than 2 minutes and both the guys working were super nice and helpful. If you treat the employees well they will reciprocate: not that hard. read more

My husband gave up on this pharmacy a long time ago after the techs were incredibly rude to him. I continued to use them bc the drive thru is such a convenience with kids. However, I am done with them. I have called 3 different times today and spoke to 3 separate techs and 2 of them were so rude. I couldn't finish my sentence or complete my question without them talking over me-making the conversation much more confusing than necessary. They are snippy, literally huff and puff, and act like they don't have one extra second for you. I'm over it. read more

Staff is EXTREMELY rude and not helpful. Multiple times I received a text asking if I want automatic refills - I respond NO! But they continue to refill automatically anyway. My insurance just changed so it claimed I owed over $180 for the prescription. Call 1: (me) Can I give you my information over the phone? (Rude pharmacy tech): no we can't understand what people say. And this isn't a refill your doctor must have called a new prescription in. My response: do you realize we are in the middle of a pandemic? It's my last refill. I don't go back to the doctor in November for my next refill for another 6 months Her: so? Me: I'm not comfortable coming in the store. Her: I'll check..... Another tech who claims to be her supervisor: no you have to come in. Me: Fine. Please cancel the prescription and put it back so I can transfer it and all my prescriptions to another pharmacy. FIVE HOURS LATER - prescription still not canceled! I call back and speak to pharmacist. I ask her to cancel the prescription and place it back so I can get it transferred. An hour later I look and it's canceled BUT I have ZERO refills. I call and ask to speak to the manager. I'm told that they don't have one. I ask what happens if there's an emergency. "No idea". I ask for an email address and am put on hold. Unfortunately I didn't get the store associates name but a Gina picked up twice while I was on hold. Said the gentleman went to the office to get the information and this time she wasn't going to put me back on hold but just put the phone down until he returned. Instead she purposely hung up on me! I then call the pharmacy where I am going to have my prescriptions transferred to which is right next door. I tell them I have new insurance as I have gotten prescriptions filled there previously. I ask if I can give them my new information over the phone. The response: we have it! Apparently it's in a master database!!! Thanks but no thanks CVS! I was REQUIRED to get my prescriptions from you with my old insurance but you lost my business for good with your customer service or lack of!!! read more

I've been a customer here for years. Have had minor issues but nothing too bad. Well after knowing I've been there for two weeks due to my kids having the flu I was shocked at the treatment I received! When I was there to pick up my daughters tamiflu who was so sick, they claimed the doctor did not call in the RX. After speaking to doc they had sent over the script for a second time. I returned a second time waiting on a massive line for a good ten minutes. I finally get up there & again they tell me nothing was called in. As the tech was checking again I called my doc again for them to tell me they sent in over numerous amounts. As I'm explaining this to the tech she rudely Tells me to move over so she can help the next customer!!! After waiting again she tells me they still haven't received nothing and I explain they need to call my doctor bc I have a sick Child who needs her Medicine. Well l was told they are too busy! I left & waiting 45 minutes. I called andthe pharmacist answers and claims same issue is going on! I'm furious and said something isn't right can you call, she basically said " I don't know what to tell you, & hung up on me!!! Thanks for the great customer service CVS staff! read more

Told my prescription would be ready in 30 minutes so I left and came back 1 1/2 hours later and guess what, after waiting in line for another 15 minutes to be told they need 15 minutes more!! Extreme disorganized pharmacy, completely disheveled with boxes everywhere and shelves that appear in complete disarray (very frightening considering these are medicine). Waited over time they gave me only to be told they do not carry it - a basic antibiotic that's prescribed for every little thing like an allergy born sinus infection. What a shock to the system it was... and now I'm waiting for them to find another CVS that MAY carry it. Should have gone to Walgreens across the street. Quick update, it's now been 8 hours since they've told me they're calling the script in to another CVS but that hasn't even been filled yet. It's a CVS, but with an advantage over the nearby Walgreens. It's located on the intersection corner that is easy to access and leave. Additionally, all the Tuscan Way businesses are in the same development. I have always had good service here. Sometimes the prices can be beat on some items in the store by going a short distance to the nearby Publix. read more

Go elsewhere. I live near this store but have stopped shopping here. Most often items such as wine, toiletries, etc are out of stock. 3 times in the past few weeks I stopped to buy something advertised and there was no stock. In addition, twice I purchased items with rebates only to learn they had no rebate coupons, on a third trip they gave a a rebate coupon that had expired. Poor management, poor stock mgt. Front staff if quite pleasant but they are not empowered. read more

Customer service is good. Judy and Maryann are superior. Always willing to help and go the extra mile. I think they can use a little more help in the pharmacy. There can be a wait at times. Rx prices can be more then other pharmacies. Check out the GoodRx app. Sometimes the prices can be lower then your insurance. The store always clean and the front end staff (John) willing to help. I've always gotten poor customer service from Walgreens across the street. I stop going. read more

Liars. Stated prescription had not been called in yet I was with a physician when she called it in. they changed their story 4 times after making me wait 20 minutes. Manager, make Asian kid told me they were slammed and never got to it. Of course, the pharmacy was closing. It was for an anti-seizure med. The staff cannot smile, I was there Monday and a moderately obese woman with the bad attitude that waited on me kept sending me around and around before the drug was ready. Today I called the minute clinic and they stole my money. Did nothing for me and charged me 59.00. after I returned from Memorial Hospital today I stopped at my new pharmacy and moved our account. So-long CVS. And...I 've asked my staff to use Walgreens or another pharmacy going forward. You have serious customer service issues. read more

This store is clean and organized very well. I only gave it four stars at this time since I had not been able to get a certain prescription the last two times I was there; they did not have it on hand. So had to go to Publix to get it filled. Just had neck surgery and in neck collar. Pharmacist refused to fill a prescription while I waited, even when I explained I couldn't drive. Said they can't guarantee that they will fill a script while you are waiting. Called the Walgreens across the street-they do fill scripts while you wait. Don't waste your time here unless you never need a script until the next day!!! As an aside, the pharmacist manager extremely rude. Pharmacy staff, however, very pleasant. read more

Worse place to get your prescription filled, at 12 this afternoon I went to the pick up window to obtain my child prescription, only to be told by a women working behind the glass that my prescription was called into another CVS store, she informed me she need to get a release from that pharmacy in order to fill my prescription and it would take at least an hour or more because only a pharmacist can obtain the release. She asked for my text number so they could text me when it was ready, which I gave her and then informed her I was not going to take my daughter out again, my husband would pick it up.? To make a long story short my husband picked up only half the order, because now they claim they never got the order and had to speak directly to the doctor and my doctor only give them half of the prescription ( which I find hard to believe). By the time my husband got home the dr's office was closed, so now my daughter who has pneumonia will go with the only half the medication. This will be the last place I will ever go to to fill a prescription , I have repeatedly had one issue after another with there staff. This is unprofessional. It's bad effort when a child is sick but to have to be constantly making sure your pharmacy does it job and is unacceptable. read more
