The employees are friendly, but they are always very busy and working fast, so don't expect a chit-chat session with any of them... they simply don't have the time. Since this pharmacy is located in The Pavilion which connects to Baptist Hospital, you'll find odds and ends here for someone who's been admitted to the hospital such as toothbrushes, deodorant, hair brushes, shampoo, etc., etc., etc. Expect to pay hospital prices too; it's not like you're shopping at Walmart, so everything is marked up at least triple the price you'd pay anywhere else. But when you're in a pinch and need something quickly, you can probably find it here.

My favorite part of my experience visiting this "specialty" Walgreens is when they ask out loud your name, date of birth, phone number, address and the name of the medication you're picking up. They will then holler and repeat the name of everything to their coworker 5 feet away to ask if your prescription for that rash is in yet... "Oh it's not in... we need to order it for you. No, we have no idea when it will arrive or if it will arrive, you just have to keep calling us each day!" Now that's customer service!

I made the false assumption that this pharmacy exemplified various surrounding businesses. I was in awe when I walked through their automatic sliding front doors! The spotless and well organized interior commands your attention first. I took a moment to take in the bright white floors and the streamlined isles of every OTC product you could ever need, no more no less. But the real gem here is the employees! The staff is the friendliest and fastest I have ever come across, especially for a pharmacy! I actually hesitate a little to recommend them too much, I don't want my cool 7 minute wait to dissapear. This truly is a gem in Springfield! Most of us need medication at some point, if you live or work anywhere near downtown or Springfield, make it quick and easy and fill it at Premier pharmacy. They offer a wide range of vitamins and supplements for whatever ails you. The customer service here is fantastic with an in-house consultant to answer questions and direct you to specific aisles of products. There are also alternative medicine practitioners with offices adjacent to the pharmacy. The prices can be a little higher for some products, but it's a pleasure to go in here and peruse through the shop. Sometimes they have free samples to try while you're there and the Weise Natural Food Product Shoppe is also in this building. Love it.

Still very happy with Halliday's as my choice for Pharmacy services. My health has made some…read morechanges as I've grown older and they are able to help keep me on track with dosing schedules and even showed me options for reminders. I chose a couple of daily pill boxes to divide out what I need and separate by morning and night. Made things much easier since most of my pills look similar and it was difficult to make sure they didn't get mixed up. I've also started wearing support socks to help my tired aching legs. Carolyn does the measurements and got me into a sport sock that doesn't look like those old thick panty hose. My legs have stopped feeling sore and my night cramps are about gone. I say it's the socks. They still have the best card selection in town and prices much better that specialty stores. And they just added a gift section! Fabulous, for those times I have a forgetful moment and need something small. Everyone is nice, friendly, and eager to help me find products that might work for my needs.
