My husband was shorted 11 days of hydrocodone pills which equaled 44 pills. Then he was shorted 11…read moredays of gabapentin pills which equaled 110 pills. He brought it to the attention of the pharmacist and was told that a machine counts the pills twice so therefore it wasn't possible. My husband pointed out that 110 more pills could not fit in the bottle of the gabapentin pills, so the pharmacist finally gave him them, but he would not give him the missing hydrocodone pills.
