They were told they would receive digital copies, but the employee failed to properly collect the information needed to send them. After multiple phone calls, 2 additional trips to the store, and having to bring back the original receipt just to redo the photos, they were finally told the digital copies would arrive within 3-24 hours. It has now been three days with no email. The amount of time, money, and unnecessary inconvenience this has caused is ridiculous. If you need passport photos done correctly and in a timely manner, go ANYWHERE else.

My work schedule has changed so I have the chance to stop here earlier in the morning to fill up. Two weeks in a row I get there and all of these NexGen company trucks/vans are parked at the pumps hogging them all up. It seems as if they just sit there after they've pumped their gas or not even they just park cause their NexGen buddy is getting gas. The point here is they need to be courteous and move the eff on when they're done since all they're doing is wasting time and taking up spots that other people are waiting for. Store employees don't seem to give a damn. If this happens a 3rd time I'm done wasting my time and taking my business elsewhere.
