They also fill your meds, and hold on to them for 2 days because "that's our store policy." If you have a 30 day prescription, they do not count the day you picked it up, and they will not release your meds until the 30th day. It makes NO sense at all. It goes through insurance 2 days earlier, they fill it but Hoard it for 2 full days! Then you have to call them the same day and wait for them to release the meds which doesn't happen until the evening of the 30th day. It's nothing but a hassle!! They also leave you on hold forever, hang up in your face. I Understand being "busy," but what are they getting out of holding someone's prescription that they ALREADY GOT PAID FOR, and waiting to release it. It's just an annoying inconvenience! Not to mention how many times my doctor has called in my scripts and they say "we haven't received it yet." But 2-3 hours later "oh sorry he did call it in." So I end up battling with my doctor for nothing. I wouldn't go here ever again! Losing prescriptions, making you wait. Every month I have to go hell just to get my prescriptions.

SERIOUSLY????! So now, your service levels aren't to MY satisfaction and you blame me???? Fucking unbelievable.... If it is not in stock, they won't bother telling me; they'll just say my description is being worked on. If I call the stores, I get computerized menus, and they disconnect me when I try to dial out to the operator. Not at the Midlothian location, though. These folks are always really helpful, especially now, when the meds I take are harder to get (due to manufacturer shortages). In all seriousness, getting my descriptions filled can be anxiety-provoking, but not at the Midlo location. And look, I hate to add this, but the women working here have an A+ cleavage game. I typically don't notice things like that--I'm a good person, a moral person, and even the youth gang I joined as a kid (we ransacked Kendall County, Illinois--and we got away with our crimes!) was a God-oriented (actually, I should have written "god-oriented," as we worshipped Lil Kaos, the pagan god of mayhem and punching people in the groin) gang. We spread violence and "goodness" (of a form) in equal measure. Anyway, I'm a good person, so I usually don't notice this sort of stuff. Suffice it to say that this is the only Walgreen's where I go inside to pick up my descriptions. And I ain't exactly hard on the eyes, neither, so the workers are getting something out of it, too, but it's still a thrill for me.

The main reason for my review is my 2nd visit to the store on 10/30/15. I needed some cute eyelashes to go with my Halloween costume. I walked in and proceeded to the aisle where the eyelashes were. While looking, I became confused as to which ones included glue and which ones didn't. A female employee came over to me and asked me if I needed help which I desperately did. I am hoping that the manager of this store reads this review and is able to tell from the receipt that I've included who this person is as she rang up my items also. This woman was a pure ANGEL who deserves recognition. She was friendly first of all and took a lot of time helping me figure out which eyelashes were which. She also helped me find some eyelashes in another section specifically for Halloween. She was so NICE!!! And I was so appreciative that she was there to help me.
