Dr. Ram greeted me as if I were a long-time customer and asked me to have my pharmacist call him. At 12 noon EST, I called my pharmacist who is PST: I explained I inadvertently left a prescription at home. She then called Dr. Ram and I drove the couple of blocks to pick up my prescription. It was a pleasure doing business with Dr. Ram! I took a few of his business cards and gave them to my sister and her neighbors; as he had several existing clients on her street.

The main reason that I try to avoid this location is simple for that, the location. It's in the midst of the university and they require you to pay in the parking lot, unless you wanted to chance it and run in with hopes that you won't get caught. I chanced it on this day, since it was downpouring. We ran inside and looked for what we needed. It took a moment to find what we needed and then we had to wait in the line to checkout. That took forever as they had the registers set to minimum. Ran out of the store to get back into my vehicle to figure out how to get out of the parking lot. Unless you go to U of M, I would suggest avoiding this location at all costs and go up the road in any direction.

And despite all these hospital referrals to that pharmacy (and all the business they get as a result), they still haven't invested in an online ordering system, which means you have to call them to request refills or deliveries but they often don't pick up the phone, which is extremely frustrating. Further, when they ship medication that requires refrigeration, they provide inadequate insulation and ice packs and they've routinely arrived in the mail lukewarm rather than at the proper cooled temperature.

That information is not clear on the website and I checked online and the tire is available today at the Landover Hills location even though she said it was not available! Also, when I picked up the car the male employee was very rude when I asked about the road hazard warranty, he just shoved the work order at me and said it's there read it, without even looking at me. With the combination of customers not knowing what to do, not enough employees in the store working, and those employees that are in the store are way overworked to the point they can't focus on the register because they are putting out customer fires. To say that checking out was a nightmare would be an understatement. With customer's not being able to read signs, people wanting to use cash or get cash back had both the self serve registers messed up. The sole employee trying to be customers cashed out would have to run from his post at the register to the self serve registers to have those customers come to the register to solve their problems. I was shocked and humiliated. I immediately approached her and said, "How dare you accuse me of stealing?" I showed her that I had nothing in my pockets. I had done absolutely nothing wrong, yet I was treated like a criminal in front of other customers. I felt completely berated and embarrassed. I mean, you don't want your perishables to go bad by the time you finish with the rest of the mall. I'm still not sure which is the best grocery store in this area. I mean, this feels familiar in name, coming from an area where Giant Eagle is big. But a partial name is all they really share. The deals aren't always the greatest, but they do have a loyalty card. I see that you can use that a nearby gas stations for fuel discounts. In the search for my grocery store, this will not be it.
