The snack aisle and home appliances/kitchenware are probably my favorite sections out of the whole supermarket, other than the small food court area which serves Asian food. I can easily satisfy ALL my childhood cravings with how diversely stocked their aisles are! They have products and produce from Korea, China, Thailand, India, Philippines, Japan, Mexico, and so many other Latin, Asian, and Middle Eastern countries. For those of you whole love free food samples, they often have samples of Korean fried chicken, dumplings, or pupusas here for you to try. By the way, parking is a bitch. The large parking lot is always packed in this plaza area.

From the…read moreoutside they looked fine, but when I cut them open the next morning (03/07/26 around 11:00 AM) both of them were completely spoiled inside -- dark, moldy, and clearly inedible. What makes this situation even more ironic is the message printed on the store's bag: "Always FRESH!". Unfortunately, my experience was the exact opposite. This isn't really about the money. The amount is small. The issue is that customers should not be sold produce that is already rotten inside. If a store promotes "Always Fresh," there should be proper quality control to ensure the products on the shelf actually meet that promise. I hope someone from Fresh World's management or marketing team reaches out to address this situation, offer the appropriate apology, and refund the purchase. Regardless of the price, customers should not have to pay for food that is already spoiled. I'm sharing this so other shoppers are aware and can check their produce carefully when buying from this store.

Some good items TERRIBLE customer service…read more I have been coming to the store for years and today was the first time I came to return product they falsely advertised in the store. Came to the store with receipt and the product - which I bought 3 of and was not cheap- and Jumona (sp?), a rep at customer service desk quickly stated this product is not returnable due to various store policies. Next time, if there is one, be careful what you buy.

No phone reception because you're in the basement of the garage and/or no one answers when you call. -When you arrive there is nowhere to park because customers shopping in store take the convenient pickup spots. -Every time I have to bang on the door and hope someone answers or go inside to find someone way in the front to alert them that I'm here (defeats the whole purpose). I'm always patient with the employees because this is an issue management needs to address ASAP and I know it's a headache for them too having to peek out the door to see if you're here, crazy. Someone literally needs to have a valet style post in the garage to communicate to employees who has arrived. At this point I need to get paid too because I'm having to help other customers figure out what to do as well...the whole process is chaotic for everyone. I almost need to make sure I have a full tank of gas waiting in this garage smh, GET IT TOGETHER!

Due to inflation and competition from Aldi and Lidl, they don't hold a candle to their glory years. Thank you capitalism. This is a very clean store. Absolutely wonderful employees. Great produce and fruit areas, but sales seem more difficult to find.

Ms. Dee at Wegmans made our 36th wedding anniversary even more special!…read more I stopped by Wegmans to buy flowers for my wife, Kim, to celebrate our 36th wedding anniversary. I thought I knew exactly what I wanted, but after speaking with Ms. Dee, I quickly realized my original choice wasn't nearly as beautiful as what she recommended. Her expertise and eye for design made all the difference. The arrangement she created was absolutely stunning, and Kim loved it! Since my mother-in-law, my daughter, my goddaughters, and their mom were all visiting to celebrate with us, I also wanted to surprise each of them with flowers. Once again, Ms. Dee came through with gorgeous arrangements that perfectly fit each person. Seeing the smiles on everyone's faces made the occasion even more meaningful. Ms. Dee is the perfect example of what outstanding customer service looks like. She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, patient, and genuinely kind. She took the time to understand what I wanted, offered thoughtful recommendations, and treated me as if helping make our anniversary special was just as important to her as it was to me. Because of Ms. Dee, our anniversary celebration was even more memorable. Her warmth, attention to detail, and passion for what she does have earned a customer for life. If you're looking for beautiful flowers and exceptional service, do yourself a favor and ask for Ms. Dee. She is simply the best!
