I don't know by I thought it would be quick to get a refill. Once again, they only have two employees working at this pharmacy. I should've learned my lesson last time not to come here. The manager Nathan was absolutely horrible. He was so rude the moment i asked one simple question in a very nice tone. He was not busy nor helping anyone so there was no reason at all to be rude at all simple question about printing out photos. Everyone else is so kind at this location so it was very upsetting to have interacted with someone like that, makes the experience horrible. The entire experience was incredibly disappointing they make it their job to make you feel as if you know nothing and they know everything . Both the pharmacy tech and pharmacist do not listen when you talk and disregard everything you say. Incredibly rude and disrespectful it is disappointing especially because you expect to at least have a nice service but this isn't even mediocre at best, go to a different location. There have been so many times that scripts have been sent but CVS had no record of them and they had to be re-sent, to everyone else's inconvenience. They're the only pharmacy for miles so we're stuck with them when I'll. The East Lugonia location is usually closed when I need a script, and I have to wait many hours for them to be filled. read more

I would give them a negative 1 star if I could, Not all employees are horrible, but this one karen treat me like some kinda of criminal every time I go pick up my prescription, yes I'm talking about :). Some of their attendants are so RUDE. Yesterday i went there about 10;30 am....Every time i go there they give you coupons. I figure i use them. The attendant was super annoyed at me for using them. She even threw the res of my coupons on the garbage. I have NEVER used coupons my whole life, but this pharmacy gives them to you, why not use them ( thought) IF they're going to treat customer like CRAP because we use coupons they give us, don't give them then!! When i called to complain about how rude she was first i called an 800 # they asked me for my address, my phone number and my date of birth...?.....to make a complaint?? Then i called the store manager she said the attendant "has never been rude to me" she's the manager, i bet she is not rude to her manager or she'd get in trouble. My gwad. read more

When you go to pick up a prescription, plan on a long wait. Once you give your name, it takes forever for them to get your prescriptions and process for payment. Be sure to check your prescriptions, and that you get the right ones. Horrible customer service. read more

Nashiwa in the pharmacy literally needs to learn customer service . She has the rudest customer service skills I have ever seen and she works in the pharmacy . All I hAve to say is if she is working with customers she needs to learn how to treat them . She is cold , rude unhelpful . What a poor reflection she give to CVS. read more

This is not for all of the workers, but I don't know how CVS management can allow some staff at the pharmacy be so entitled that they treat customers like second class citizens. Sarcastic and NO professionalism. This is the CVS in Lugonia your customer service sucks! I would recommend CVS in downtown Redlands if you have the option. read more

I always forget my medication and they just call my doctor for me and renew it ! The pharmacist Sabrina is so polite and is always a compliment . Not to mention the drive through is super fast I only waited 4 minutes . Thanks for the nice experience! read more

I wish I could give them 0 stars. They have terrible customer service, they always seem to be out of medications, and you will always wait (even if there are 4-5 people working and no one in line). My husband and I have had numerous frustrating experiences here - there is always an issue. I have been told a prescription will ready in an hour and had had to wait 4 hours. We are charging pharmacies from this one (which is around the corner) to one much farther away. Also, the store and pharmacy is shabby and feels worse for the wear. read more

Really bad experience with this pharmacy. I rarely need medication but I was prescribed pain killers for a reconstructive shoulder surgery. Took my prescription there on Friday and was told my insurance would only pay for 28 pills and 60 pills were on the prescription. The pharmacist was there and told the assistant to check the providers. She did check and told me to return on Monday, the day of my surgery, to give them time to make necessary phone calls to the doctor and insurance to fill the whole prescription. I told them I could take the 28 and pay out of pocket the other 32 if it was a problem. Long story short and multiple phone calls later, after my Surgery on Monday my son picked up the medicine because I was recovering from the operation and they only gave him 28 pain pills. My son took them because he knew I would need them directly after my shoulder reconstruction for pain control. They now said I need another prescription from my doctor for another 28 even though the original prescription was for 60. Doctor won't be available until Friday and if I take the medicine as prescribed I will run out before I am able to drive my recovering body to the doctor to get another prescription. So I guess I will find out what this recovery feels like without pain medication. The pharmacist could have simply suggested a second prescription on my first visit to them knowing the insurance would only approve 28 or could have allowed me to pay for them that first day out of pocket. Most unprofessional hogwash I have ever seen from a pharmacist. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with the CVS on Lugonia and Wabash. The Walgreens on Lugonia and Church street is excellent and provides personalized service for their customers. Good Luck read more

Had a Covid test appointment. Get there on time and get in the drive thru line. It takes A WHOLE HOUR for them to get through the maybe 5 cars in front. Once I'm in the front at 12:40, they say I'm late and they can't find my information?!??? What? I Informed them that I was there on time and that it is not my fault that THEY took forever to get through everyone in front of me. Not one person greeted or came up to say "hey do you have an appointment or something ". She says too bad, it's too late, can't see your information anymore. How? It's their system, how can you no longer see my information? Zero courtesy, zero understanding of everything we're going through in the world today. I have children, I need to know if I can hug them, hold them. And I drove half an hour because nobody else had a same day appointment. So disappointed. Now the next appointment i found is on Tuesday. Thank you CVS, I'll just go an extra few days quarantined from my children because of your unprofessionalism and in effectiveness of the procedures you have in place! read more

prices are high but worth while if you are trying to run in and out quick....one thing is this store is in desperate need of guest wifi....T-mobile is terrible here... might need to go to verizon lol read more
