When it was rang up, one of the candies wasn't getting included in the 3 for $5 discount, although the sign on the shelf clearly states it should be included. Instead of like saying "hold on, let's take a look", the cashier pulls out a phone, angrily sighs and curses that she has to log into the device, scans the problem-rang up candy with her phone, and, again, states "that one is ringing up $2.09. The box is bigger so therefore it is scanning right." uh, no. the price of the shelf disagrees. She then says to the next customer that she "tries not to let negativity in the world affect her". I don't what school of customer service this person flunked out of, but she definitely does not belong in this job. Walgreens, this branch just lost a long time customer: I am moving my prescriptions elsewhere. Hello CVS!

Blame the Dr who sent the script, blame the insurance company, "oh, we never received it, must be a computer problem". "Can't fill it until tomorrow, Wallgreen's policy" the very next day they hand you a bottle with 180 pills in it. "We can only fill 30 days of a 90 day script, you need to come back two more times", well... NYS law proved them wrong, again! I used this pharmacy for 7 years, had to finally say "NO MORE" Refusal to fill as legally prescribed, continued delays in filling critical medication, inventory problems, significant staff turnover, training problems for front line staff, the manager of the store didn't know the pharmacist was an actual doctor. Wow... I have had to correct the pharmacist several times, had the insurance company tell them they are wrong, all of this while standing in the store waiting for them to do their jobs. Go to WalMart, they help fix issues, they remembered me after one visit and they corrected two insurance issues. So... leave these so called healthcare providers aside and go someplace else!!!

The manager was very confrontational. I was first greeted by a staff member at the drive-through I asked to pick up a prescription she nods her head. I don't know what that means so I ask her. Do you need something from me? What information do you need? She was extremely rude replies telling me the information that she needs. so I provide that info, she then tells me that the prescription was never received by Walgreens. I asked her what that means because urgent care told me that they had sent it over. Her response was it means we don't have it, which I responded OK so what do we do from here Do I need to call them she response well, we close at 6. to be fair it was 6 on the dot... by the time I left urgent car and got to the pharmacy obviously I don't want to hold anyone at work but I also needed the medication. It's the end of the day you wanna go home I get it but extremely rude and unprofessional. Would never go back.

I called to ask how long it would take and they said a few days. I asked the pharmacist (unfortunately I don't know his name) if there was any way to get it done sooner. He said that he could give her a suspension of the same medication, and that wouldn't take as long and he would do it asap. I know he had to also take the time to talk to the vet to get the dosing right. The next day when I picked up the script, he asked how my dog was doing. You really don't get service like this anymore, anywhere. The person who rang me out was nice and the pharmacy itself is cute with random stuff. I'm thinking of moving my own prescriptions over here from cvs, even though it would be a farther trip to get them. Great service! Thanks!
