Blame the Dr who sent the script, blame the insurance company, "oh, we never received it, must be a computer problem". "Can't fill it until tomorrow, Wallgreen's policy" the very next day they hand you a bottle with 180 pills in it. "We can only fill 30 days of a 90 day script, you need to come back two more times", well... NYS law proved them wrong, again! I used this pharmacy for 7 years, had to finally say "NO MORE" Refusal to fill as legally prescribed, continued delays in filling critical medication, inventory problems, significant staff turnover, training problems for front line staff, the manager of the store didn't know the pharmacist was an actual doctor. Wow... I have had to correct the pharmacist several times, had the insurance company tell them they are wrong, all of this while standing in the store waiting for them to do their jobs. Go to WalMart, they help fix issues, they remembered me after one visit and they corrected two insurance issues. So... leave these so called healthcare providers aside and go someplace else!!!

I've been using their services for about 2 years now and could not be happier. The pharmacist always has time to answer questions so I never feel rushed or as if they are too busy to help me. They provide vaccinations, as well, and do that very humanely and professionally. They've also always had what I need; I've never had to wait for them to receive my medication before they could provide it to me. None Better.

For this particular store, there's typically 3 people in the pharmacy area, and there's the private "consultation room" for vaccinations. The layout of the store is somewhat awkward, because the aisles on the right side are long and slanted. There isn't necessarily as much variety here as some of their larger, newer, stores, but they have all the basics, and the store is well stocked and clean.

This is a good sized store with a small-ish parking lot. Very clean and easy to navigate. I expected there to be a little bit more organization around the vax situation...but after I spoke with the pharmacist, I found out that they were double booked without having any additional help. So, the overwhelmed staff gets a pass. It's not easy doing what they do: providing a safe environment for seekers of the Covid vaccine along with lines of people coming in to get their prescriptions filled. Then, of course...it's a store. People are shopping for stuff. All things considered, they managed the small group of us vaccine participants and pharmacy-goers well. They were only running about 20 minutes behind...which is amazing compared to some other folks that were in vax lines for hours at other locations. I would shop here in the future now that I've actually been inside.
