never ever use walmart rt 9 automotive center!! on 7/16/2026, i went there for a simple oil change…read moreon my rav4. when i got the notification it was completed, i was advised that the oil filter housing was damaged and leaking oil!! car was perfect when i drove it there. i was advised that i would have to buy the part at napa or another parts outlet!! but i was losing oil so i couldn't go. called my husband and he bought the part at advanced auto and came to walmart. he asked to see the old oil filter housing unit and it was clearly over torque and broke. walmart auto reimbursed for the part but charged for the screwed up oil changed. husband called walmart auto the next day and talked to a nasty female manager. walmart automotive does not have many certified technicians on staff. avoid rt 9 walmart automotive at all cost or you will be needing a new motor. this automotive center is half ass run and walmart cooperation should overhaul that location

She checked my insurance and broke down the difference between what the pricing was with or without insurance so that was good to know. Apparently it was cheaper out of pocket because I didn't meet my deductible. I'd highly recommend if you're in need of any medical supplies!

I've been using their services for about 2 years now and could not be happier. The pharmacist always has time to answer questions so I never feel rushed or as if they are too busy to help me. They provide vaccinations, as well, and do that very humanely and professionally.
