There was only one employee working - with two registers open and two lines. I've never seen this before. The employee was working both registers at the same time. While one person's credit card was processing, he'd check out a customer at the other register. Because of this, the lines moved insanely fast. I also ordered pizza, which he had to get from behind the counter, and it didn't slow down the line at all. I was highly impressed by this. The selection of fresh food, pastries and snacks seemed much better than most other Stewart's Shops that I've been to. The counters were clean, everything was organized and had its place, and even the floors were freshly mopped (on a day when snow was melting and everything outside was muddy). The employees here were friendly and seemed happy to be there.

Older heavy set lady told me I couldn't bring my Emotional support dog in the store. She's nasty every time I go in, customer service skills are non-existent!! The younger girl with multicolored hair is really nice polite but other than that the rest of the crew should be fired every time I go in there the coolers are never stocked and they're just standing around doing nothing. We stopped by this location around dinner time. I got an Oboy, chicken and cheese wrap, and Stewarts lemondade. I didnt know what an Oboy was and it's a Saratoga Springs thing so I wanted it. I stood there for almost ten minutes, not so much because of the tickets, but because the cashier (couldn't quite see the tag but an older woman, Sherry maybe?) was BSing with the woman buying the tickets. I learned more about the two of them then I wanted to. I'm almost 6 feet tall so I know I wasn't invisible. Apparently they had to catch up on old times. The manager had to tell the other cashier to get on her register to help me after ten minutes. If I didn't need to pay for the gas I would have put the drink back and left. I think maybe your cashier needs to be told that if she wants to BS with friends to do that on her break.
