Very bad service, can't seem to contact doctors for refills, or put prescriptions on auto-fill, or get prescriptions transferred, and do they think no one has to work through lunch? read more

This is a great store, its our main CVS store for a quick items that need to picked up. All of the staff is so friendly and welcoming. The store is always clean and you can always find what you are looking for. There is always plenty of parking too. read more

This pharmacy refilled my prescription 6 weeks early on a 90-day prescription. Then when I did not pick it up immediately they reshelved the medicine. That's fine except for the fact that it used up one of my refills leaving me no refills. This was at a point where I ran out and had to schedule another appointment with my doctor to get labs three months earlier than normal. To add to the misery of my experience the head of the pharmacy was rolling his eyes and shaking his head as he eavesdropped on my conversation with the person helping me. So much attitude and disrespect when it is they who continually mess up prescription orders. My advice-avoid this location. read more

yes, I am writing this as they are building their new location in the old Tippin's spot (their current location is rumored to be turning into a Spin Pizza - yay!!) it's more for the service than anything else... I've been in here several times over the past couple months. even though it's walking distance from my home, it's not automatically the first CVS that pops into my mind when I need something (this will probably change when the new location opens) mainly because it's hidden within the shopping center. every time I go in, whether is for a prescription or just to pick up something, everyone is kind, friendly and as helpful as they can be. even though it can be a bit slow at times (call ahead for prescriptions!) they are usually so nice it's hard to get frustrated. last night I had to go in to return a thermometer I purchased online that just didn't work. even though the return policy on the online invoice I received stated to return within 30 days (I purchased it in late April) the manager was very helpful and returned without any questions. I mentioned that I was happy to exchange it, but they didn't sell that particular one in the store and they didn't have anything that compared. this is why they get and extra star. they seem to care a little more about pleasing their customers than other CVS stores in the area do. read more

Clean store with cool FLOR tiles and kind and helpful employees. No one begging for money in the parking lot and no smelly druggies waiting for their bogus scripts. I am definitely not downtown! read more

I went to purchase some family planning products this morning, and the cashier refused to ring up my items due to her religious beliefs. When I said I would just go back to the pharmacy to purchase the items, she stated the pharmacists would also refuse. I had to wait for what seemed to be the store manager to complete my purchase. This is beyond unprofessional. The type of behavior this cashier displayed could make other women, and even men, ashamed of their purchases, which is absurd. Shame on this store and it's employees. read more

Don't let the nice new building fool you. Ever since CVS moved into the new location, the pharmacy has been a TRAIN WRECK. Every time I go to pick up my prescriptions there is some sort of problem. Whether they can't find my records, deleted my insurance info, are running behind, etc., it's always something. When I've mentioned the matter to the store manager, it falls on deaf ears and gets zero resolution, not even an apology. Even though the drive-thru lane would be convenient if they ever had their act together, any convenience is negated by the completely inept customer service. read more

I have never been able to fill a prescription without MAJOR hassle. They give 1/3 or less of the information needed to use coupons and despite getting this script filled every month it is almost never in stock. I have told them that it would be needed monthly. The people are very unhelpful. read more

Been a consistent customer at this location for years because its location is convenient, and always have to wait forever in line at the pharmacy. I just stopped in tonight after working all day and didn't make it in until 6:02 (pharmacy closes at 6). The pharmacist walked by and "apologized" with a sarcastic "sorry, we literally just closed". The only other apology I got was the manager's explanation that had I been in line before 6pm they could have helped me, and that once they close there is nothing they can do about it. It's 5 minutes from my home and I will be driving twice that to give my business to any other pharmacy. I have worked in retail and have never heard of any company having that policy. Absolutely ridiculous considering they supply something that people cannot get anywhere else. If giving 0 stars was an option that's what I would give them. read more

Unfortunately, the staff is inconsistent, sometime helpful and sometime downright rude and unhelpful. Carry coupon cards! And seriously my 1 minutes was far less time that the two cars I sat behind waiting! Most RX they don't have on file and have to order and when it comes to respiratory, infections, head lice treatments have the drug on your shelf! read more

I love the new place hey are always friendly I like how the game gift cards have no tax you saved me a lot CVS love their 99 cent drinks always friendly but, they need more workers at the checkout because there is only one person at the checkout usually hire more workers I live near here so please change it and you guys rarely run out of something or sometimes you ask for help and they ignore me or when I called once their worker hung up on me! they need faster workers for prescriptions so I don't have to wait as long. read more
