This CVS location is run by rude, unapologetic Pharmacist. Depending on the day of the week, and the mood the Pharmacist's are in, will determine when your prescription will be refilled. They cannot count days correctly, I don't know if it's a software issue, or the Pharmacists count count the days correctly when you script is due. Sometimes they will fill on the 29th day from when the persc was picked up the last month, and other times it's 30 days. So if you travel for a living, which I do, you can't reasonably plan your week because it's a cray shot when you can pick up your prescription. This month, they went 31 days from when it was last picked up. If you want to talk to one of the Pharmacist and ask why, they will tell you that's just how it is, and they won't even entertain the possibility that perhaps the days were counted wrong. They give you that answer as they are backing up to resume what they were previously doing without giving you the courtesy of staying to answer all of your concerns, it's like you have 30 seconds to ask your question, and even less time to get an answer. It never used to be like this. The previous head pharmacist., Megan was great. I'm not the only person who has an issue with this location, just read the reviews. read more

It is good. It is convenient. Not a lot at this location, quite a smaller location. But does the trick for a one stop shop. Local. Easy to get to. I come here to print out pictures or get a quick medicine. The staff is really kind. Clean inside. read more

We went to the Minute Clinic to get a sports physical for my son as our upcoming doctor's appointment was beyond the due date for participation. The Certified Nurse Practitioner, Supreet Singh, was exceptionally professional and extremely thorough. I felt like the attention to detail was above what we would normally experience at a doctor's visit. Additionally, the documentation of the visit that we left with was clear, concise, and detailed. I used the online system to "save" a place in line and the wait times were beyond 144 minutes at the Hard & Sawmill location due to the back to school rush and sports seasons beginning. I appreciated the fact that I had a check in time that was a few hours away, as well as the fact that I was able to receive SMS reminders about the appointment. At one point I received an SMS that I wasn't clear on so I called the Minute Clinic customer service line for help. Easy and painless. The check-in kiosk screen was calibrated for direct eye-level viewing, however, the screen is much lower than most adults' eye level. This causes some errors in selecting the correct digits/letters and a little frustration in backtracking to correct errors. There should either be a chair or a keyboard to offset this problem, considering the demographic of users is pretty broad and includes people who may be elderly or not as technology experienced as other users. I would highly recommend this service to others and appreciated the availability of locations that were nearby. Ms. Singh was wonderful and answered all of our questions. read more

If u looking for an drive thru pharmacy this would be the one for u; but if u r planning on an business trips to somewhere outside of USA. Don't pick this one even when ur primary care doctor says it ok to pick up ur medication early they still don't want provide u the medication; because most pharmacists in this pharmacy r dumb. read more

This place is so understaffed they are never available by phone, unless you are willing to wait 30 minutes. If they confirm a time a script will be ready, they don't really mean it, you will usually end up waiting anyway. Oh, and they like to close early, so don't expect to fill a script last minute. The CVS Caremark program is the worst prescription program, period. They have all kinds of crazy rules about automatic refills, like you have to use the app, and if you don't use the app, you can't switch until you get a new script.. even if that renewal is not scheduled for another 12 months. I am shocked at how bad CVS is a their core business. Oh, the staff seems great, they just need more of them. CVS, if you won't hire more folks, please pay your pharmacists more, because they are always slammed, and responding to questions about your sub standard offerings would be very stressful. Overall the worst part of having my new job, is being forced to use CVS. This is the only CVS I have experience with, prior to that I was with United Healthcare, and I shopped at Walgreens. read more

This CVS location is a joke. They have converted the drive up pharmacy window to also do COVID-19 testing therefore you can wait upwards of 30 minutes for the line to move forward. I decided this time to go inside to get my prescriptions to find out that the pharmacy is closed from 1:30 to 2:30 for lunch....how convenient for their CUSTOMERS! There are no signs or communications that make you aware of their " lunch period". Poor management, poor service, and total disregard for the paying customer! read more

It's nice to have this so close by. My only complaint is the parking is so tight. Was better coming in the evening when there wasn't a huge beer truck taking up half the parking lot. I came in one day to use the picture machine. It didn't work with the memory card I have - lady wasn't very helpful. I came back later with my camera's USB cord and the guy working was much friendlier though I didn't need any assistance at that point. Get the vanilla bean club soda on display by the checkout. Yes, it is $2.69 a bottle. Yes, it is worth getting a bottle once in a while. Just try not to get hooked on it. read more

As far as the CVS itself is concerned it's a CVS what more can you say. It's got just about everything in there that if you could hide in a corner and not be seen you could survive a zombie apocalypse. But I'm here to review the Minute Clinic here. I went because I had to do a health check up for insurance. No problem since it was paid for by them so off I went. No appointments, just walk in and then tell your life story to the sign in screen. I recommend getting there as soon as the clinic opens (especially on weekends) if you can because it can get busy. Once you sign in a screen tells you what number in line you are and you can either wait nearby to be called in or you can wander around the store and look at stuff. I was called within 15 minutes (the CNP either pops her head out and calls for you or they send you a text) and went in for the exam. Basic stuff is done in here but sometimes that's all you need; weight, height, blood pressure...stuff like that. They had to stab me in the finger (yeah I said stab because it felt like I was getting shanked) to take blood for the cholesterol check and that's where I am not giving them 4 stars. The CNP was very nice but normally when they do the finger draw I've been popped right in the tip of the finger more or less. She zapped me in the side of my finger and it hurt like HECK! A week later and it still hurts :( Other than that if you need quick medical help or an exam for insurance, not a bad place to go. BTW - they do have listed what they charge for other service so you can decide if you want to go through with it or not. read more

YOU CAN NOT SPEAK WITH PHARMACY STAFF BY PHONE- their automated system hangs up the moment it is 'transferred'. Wait times for 'immediate' fills are 45 minutes. Drive through can take 30 min with only 1-2 cars ahead. UNDERSTAFFED and therefore can't handle the volume of business. Been this way for at least a year. Go to Meijer on 23 in Lewis Center. Fabulous, friendly, responsive staff and timely. read more

This has been my Pharmacy for a couple years now, but this evening was the first time I actually went inside. Went to this CVS Pharmacy because of the reviews and...wow. I have never been to such an incompetent and unprofessional CVS Pharmacy. I called the night before to see if they accept walk-in patients for the flu shot. The man over the phone was very helpful and even looked up too see if they would be able to accept my new insurance. When I arrived the next morning (September 25th, 9am) the pharmacist told me they didn't take walk-ins till 10am (even though the man said over the phone I can come in at 8am) and that the MinuteClinic accepts people before 10am. I went to the MinuteClinic and the women was very rude. She then told me they didn't accept walk-in patients but I could sign in at the kiosk to make an appointment. There was an availability in ten minutes; as no one was there but me. I then asked her if my insurance would cover the flu shot, that the pharmacy said they could, but asked if it is the same billing. She said she didn't know and just stared at me. The women then went over to the other employee and told her to see the sign that they didn't accept walk -in patients. I told her I will just wait till 10am for the pharmacy because it seemed to be too complicated. I told the pharmacy I would be back. I then overheard the pharmacist ask the MinuteClinic what happened and they all started laughing. As someone who has a fear of getting shots, getting shot to protect myself and others since I'm traveling, following what I thought was the best and most helpful, and then be laughed at...was shocking. Went to a Kroger Pharmacy to get the flu shot and was treated as a patient and with respect. read more
