My husband and I came to this location to get our COVID booster shots. On a Saturday afternoon, it was quite busy. We had already made appointments online for our shots. You can choose to do it as a group (up to 4 people I believe), so you can have the same appointment time. After we got to the store, we checked in via a link we received on text. We were told to wait by the pharmacy and that we would be called. We waited about 5 minutes and then were called in by the pharmacist. The pharmacist was quick. She did not ask for our physical vaccination cards or even on our phone. She just asked when was the last COVID shot we got. We were instructed to sit for 15 minutes after the shot. I did not like the fact that we did not receive a booster information sheet afterward. I think it is something important to have, especially since now there are multiple booster variations available. read more

This review is for the Minute Clinic specifically This place is worthless. We have been here multiple times for our family over the past year, mostly when we had strep. They run some quick test that they say is 95% accurate but it has been negative every time that we've gone and they always call the next day when the lab test comes back positive. By then, we could have been on antibiotics for a day or two and stopped the spreading of the illness around our family. They lie about the test and then send sick people home. Don't waste your time and money. read more

I have become a CVS person ever since I met my husband, true story. I probably would have not shopped there as much if I had not met him. Although being his spouse has some perks at the store. So onto this location we come here often because it's very close to our home and I feel the minute clinic and pharmacy are very nice. I was sick a while ago (on my birthday) and went to my husband's CVS location and the girl prescribed me the wrong thing so I had to come back a day later to this one because they knew exactly what the issue was and got me feeling better the very next day. I feel this store doesn't feel as rushed in the minute clinic and pharmacy as the Worthington location I go to is. That is why I maybe have a little more faith in them when I have a cold or need a prescription right away. If you didn't see my check-in today, basically what I said was that the store did a fantastic job filling my prescription fast and knowing who I was compared to my husband's store. I won't go into how long my husband's worked at that other store and how many times I've filled a prescription there for you to know they probably should know who I am by now. Everyone can form there own opinion about CVS but mine is all about quality over quantity. If they are giving you quality service than this store is good. Also you can tell by how many people actually came into this store not just because it was the only store open on Christmas day but because they showed everyone quality service. My neighbor had to have bought out the candy section that day just to give us those 99 cent candies. Plus make holiday cards of her family, like I did there but ended up not having enough to send out to the entire family! My point being this store being a 24 hour is convenient and has the right staff working there. read more

The service and selection at this CVS have always been fine, but... this is a jelly bean related review, so... Traditionally, CVS carries a small variety of Jelly Belly jellybeans, but they're usually of poor quality. They're either hard (i.e. stale?) or show evidence of being melted. In a pinch, when I'm really craving some sugar, I'll stop here, but there are better places, for sure. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. They tried to charge me double what I usually pay at the CVS i moved away from ($150 for my dogs meds instead of $60-70) When I told them that they told me I should go online a research discount cards and that I was SOL. I went back to the old CVS and it was the same low price. They were in disbelief about the other pharmacy. Once they told me a prescription was on backorder until the end of the following month and that I'd "have to work it out with my doctor". I didn't have time and got a notification that is was ready for pick up two days later (a script I didn't need right away, but still). It's never ready when they say. They tonight said they couldn't fill my prescription until 8. I get there at 8:20 and they say they still haven't started it and said it would be another 15+ minutes. I dragged my daughter to come after her bedtime to get it and decided just to try again the next day. Literally as I turn the corner I get a text it was ready (2 minutes later). I am more of a Walgreen's fan, and I usually get my prescriptions filled at either Walgreen's (when open) or the (Eck!) Kroger on Hospital Dr. (Open 24hrs because of DMH next door), though there are 2 reasons that bring me to this CVS (for the basics anyway) First, I live off of Hard Rd., this is the closest drugstore/convenience store to me, so it saves a trip into Dublin just to go to Walgreens, and keeps me from having to go to the Marketplace across the street and look through 20+ aisles to find what I need Next, it's the only 24hr drugstore in the area, while Walgreen's advertises that some of their locations are 24hrs, both Walgreen's locations in Dublin (Dublin/Glick and Hospital Dr./Avery), both have closing times, so it helps when I urgently need something in the middle of the night or early morning The staff is always nice and helpful too read more

Today 4/19/2018 at 5pm Jordan and I and the girls went to the 24 hour CVS closest to us 7470 Sawmill Road, Dublin 43016.... on our way to the park because the girls had to go potty. We all proceed to go into the store because Jordan wanted to see if they had any dorags in stock while we were going to the bathroom. They had the same old ones they always do and I left the car running so he went back to the car. The girls and I came out and heard yelling outside so we walk outside to the car and see the store manager name Brandon and Jordan arguing and Brandon telling Jordan he needs to come inside because they have him ON CAMERA stealing THREE items. I calmed Jordan down and the manager proceeds to tell him to just leave the property... so I go back and I let him know I want to see the footage and that I will be contacting Dublin police to come and watch the footage so they can confirm if he stole three items or not.. I also informed him that I will be contacting CVS corporate to address this matter as well as all my friends, family, and social media's. THIS IS A PRIME EXAMPLE OF RACIAL PROFILING IN A CORPORATION!!!! THIS WILL NOT GO UNNOTICED ... WE WILL NOT FORGIVE THIS. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE SHARE THIS. THEY CANT KEEP GETTING AWAY WITH THIS ! Been struggling to transfer prescriptions to this pharmacy for a month now because my mew insurance requires me to use a CVS and they are the most convenient location. As of today, my 4th attempt to get the last one finally transferred over (and it's birth control, so it's not that complicated) the pharmacy tech didn't seem to have any idea what to do, so she transferred me to the pharmacist, who told me I didn't have any refills left and that's why they couldn't transfer it (I have 6 refills left- doctors usually give you a year and I just started again in June after having a baby) then she hung up on me. If the insurance wasn't requiring it, I'd never step foot in this place again. read more

I have been using this local corner drug store for my pharmacy for five years now. Very typical large chain drug stores. They offer their own brand and offer them for less. This particular location is open 24 hours a day which is really handy when you need it! Convenient location at the corner of Sawmill & Hard roads, although traffic congestion can affect getting into and out of their parking lot. The staff here have always been friendly and do go the extra step to greet their customers and be of service. I appreciate that. Okay, you may ask, why such a low mark then? I really struggled between 2 and 3 stars, but settled on 2 stars. There are good things about big chains and bad things. Lately, this location has modeled both. As one gets big (okay - huge), cracks start happening in their services. A number of mine have been related to the pharmacy services. Example, I had a prescription on automatic refill. It took 4 months to resolve changing the prescription and extra trips to the pharmacy to stop the automatical refills. I can cite three more experiences of equal concern, but I think the one example demonstrates my concern. The pharmacy has always accurate filled my prescriptions. Their systems, however, leave much to be desired and has leaves me feeling a bit unsettled. I do plan to continue to use this location for the benefits I mentioned earlier. They could definitely do much better. read more

Hands down the worst CVS location on the planet. I don't have that many medications I need often, but in the rare occasion I need one, the medication is usually out of stock or on backorder. Which, this itself is fine - no problem. And if they'd just tell me "hey, we really don't know when it'll be available" then fine - I'd just figure something out. But instead--I've had this happen to 3 different medications within the past year--they tell you "oh it'll be in tomorrow." Then when you call the next day, "oh no, tomorrow it'll be ready for sure" and it's CONSTANTLY "tomorrow." Normally it's whatever. But this time, I ordered on Monday. They said "tomorrow" every day until today (Friday). I finally get irritated enough bc this whole time I've been telling them I'm leaving the country for a month for work next Thursday so I NEED IT. Today, I finally force them to give me a real date and she responds with "well it looks like our suppliers won't even get it in by the end of the year, so I'd check with another pharmacy with a different supplier of I were you." ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!? You wasted A WEEK of my time, promising that it would be in. If I'd known there was a chance another pharmacy would have had it (kept saying manufacturer backorder) then I would have done that the very first time! ZERO communication skills here. ANSWER THE PHONE PLEASE!!! First, I shop at this CVS because its 24hrs and they carry a specific generic drug that works well for me. Otherwise I would go somewhere else. It's a controlled substance which means it's an inconvenience to fill. I have to speak to a actual person each month to fill the prescription. I cannot go online to request a refill, I also can't do auto refills. This morning I called to request my refill. I was on hold for 45 minutes before I decided to get in the car and go there. I did not hang up the phone. I pulled in, one car in the drive through, I went inside, no customers at the counter but the gentleman behind the counter was hustling and obviously very busy! Two people were working. Every 20 seconds or so a voice could be heard continuously repeating, over the loud speaker, "Pharmacy 3 calls holding". The CVS employee came to me fairly quickly and asked to help me,I held up my phone so he could see I had been holding for 55 min. He honestly looked defeated and said "yeah we are slammed". I felt for him, this CVS is contiuously and grossly under staffed and it's my understanding corporate feels this is the appropriate number of employees. Its RIDICULOUS!! However, my answer to this employee was that people holding on the phone are people and customers just like the people standing in front of him. He was kind and offered to move my prescription to the top of the list and to get it ready in 30 minutes. I appreciated this as I never wait less than an hour or more for a prescription to be filled at this location. I sat down and watched. He wasn't exaggerating they were slammed. I must have walked in at the perfect time because the rest of the time I sat there, there were no less than 6 people in line to pickup and a steady stream of customers at the drive through. The entire time I was there they never answered the phone and they never intended to. I get it but you wasted an hour of my time on hold, when all that is needed is a recording to take a message so you could call me back. If that isn't acceptable to CVS then someone needs to answer the phone! I do not fault the employees of this CVS, I fault the General Manager for not fighting corporate for an appropriate number of staff to handle their business. I fault corporate for abusing these employees, which by the way turns over regularly. This is a problem and it needs to be addressed. read more

Lisa is very thorough and friendly, she got me in and out of the minute clinic very quickly and on my road to recovery. I felt 100 times better after 24 hours. I stood in line to drop off a prescription for 15 minutes not even being acknowledged by the pharmacist using the computer at the drop off window. I then walked to the register for pick up and was told I needed to go back to the drop off station. I told the pharmacy tech that I had been waiting for almost 10 minutes and she said I still need to go back to the drop off. The strawberry blonde male pharmacist still proceeded to ignore me. The tech even came over and let him know that I had been waiting for a while and he said nothing to me. I watched the time and another three minutes went by and I decided to turn around and walk away. The pharmacist then said "I can help you ma'am." Gee thanks. Now? I had the most terrible experience here. I desperately needed a medication for one night because my dr. did not call it in in time. (It's for my RLS so nothing serious). I called at 10 pm and talked to a guy who was so rude but said he could get two filled for me for the weekend until my dr. Could call it in. Okay. Great! Well, I get there and their data base had mysteriously "gone down" so they were unable to find my medication and I had to suffer through the night. The lady working was so unwilling to help and rude as well. If you're going to be a 24 hr cvs out of curtsey, then don't fail to provide that. So so awful. Dropped off my prescription about 8pm. Pharmacy employee said he'd try to get it transferred that night. I went back at 10pm & he hadn't even tried to transfer it. A 24 hour pharmacy & he said, he'd leave it for the morning pharmacist. He did not leave it for the morning pharmacist. I stopped by after 3pm & no one knew anything about it. Came after the New year holiday to check out their leftovers items,they had no sign,man who was looking like the manager said it is 50%off,he was just about to put up signs,fine.Today stopped by,sign said 75% off,went towards the exit,and decided to ask the lady cashier if x-mas clearance is still 75%off,she said that actually it is 90%off,they just could not find the new signs,I used to work at CVS,and find it very strange,you do not look for signs,you just print one,or make one,anyway after walking back I found two items,no question that they were x-mas,and when came to the register the same lady said that they are markdown only 50%off,I left it,they can keep it for few more days and they it all going to be in a trash can, they pay no attention to details,I would just override the price,so customer can have the items,oh well..they do not care,and I was not going to argue,just not very good customer service.It maybe a little thing,but it left me with bad taste in my mouse. read more

Very condescending pharmacy staff. One of the worst pharmacy drive-thru's in northwest Columbus. Expect a 10-20 minute wait in the drive-thru. I have been given wrong medications, wrong medication strengths and been shorted on pill counts on more than one occasion at this location. High pharmacy employee turn-over, and the new staff is often confused. I'm am treated as a criminal for a prescribed medication that is a scheduled drug, and I have been getting this medication with CVS monthly, for over 8 years. Every time I take it to get filled at this location, I get the hairy eyeball from the inexperienced pharmacy staff. They have also called the prescribing physician many times inquiring as to my condition. The rest of the CVS is run like any other drugstore selling overpriced razorblades and lead painted imported toys that break 5 minutes after being removed from their packaging. There are many other pharmacies that do a much better job than this location. According to last year's pharmacy records, my insurance company and I have paid over $10,000 for various monthly maintenance prescriptions in 2011. These problems I experience have gotten progressively worse since 2010. I will be transferring my prescriptions across the street to Kroger's Pharmacy, where they have gone out of their way to treat me as a valued customer. read more

This CVS store is not coupon friendly at all. I bought some baby stuff earlier and wanted to do a return and rebuy because I forgot to use my coupons. The store manager ( a guy with a red shirt) said "no," and he gave me a dirty face with a bad attitude. I'm like okay because I can always go to a different CVS store that is closer to my house. Well, I decide to do a price check on an item that I had bought earlier at the red machine and I noticed that store manager was staring at me the whole entire time. I think he was trying to see if I was going to steal something. I have to say that I felt really uncomfortable and left. Worst customer service I've ever seen at a minuets clinic. The worker who I will not name, pronounced my name completely wrong to the point where it didn't even sound like English. I am not mad about that because that happens to the best of us. But back to the point, so after she called my "name" I looked upped a little confused and then not even a second before I got a chance to say anything she called the next person up. Like can you at least call the name twice to be totally sure. So then after that patient was done the lady working the clinic came back out didn't call my name and called the person after me. So that's when I said "Um hi I pretty sure I was supposed to have gone already?". Then she proceeded to give me sass and said "yeah I called your name and you didn't even look up or acknowledge". I said "I did but ok that's fine". So I went into the room at the clinic and the worker says "your 16 are your parents here?". I said "no, when we signed in the screen said you could 16 or 17 and still come as long as you had a signed permission by your parent or guardian" (which I had). She then said that it's only 17 and sent me out without question. She wouldn't even look at the sign in screen to see her error. So she took the next patient and I checked the screen and saw that I was right. But I left because I could deal with the incompetence that I had just encountered. read more

I've been going to this pharmacy for three years, I get a monthly prescription. The ONLY reason I have to stay is because I work late, and they are 24 hours, so it works out conveniently. I've waited in their drive-thru for 30 minutes before. Every month there is a new technician that has no idea what they are doing. They have consistently given me half prescriptions, wrong prescriptions, etc. Just last week, they filled 1.4 of my prescription, I caught the mistake as I was walking out (I already paid $40), came back in line, and they said that they can correct the mistake but I'll have to pay $40 again. Not only that, once I paid the $40, they said their mistake won't let them give me the rest of my prescription, and it has to re-authorized for my insurance...all because of their error. Their pharmacists are unhelpful and extremely condescending. The front cashiers are nice and helpful however. read more
