Items are mixed, out of place, hidden behind other items, etc. - and it's all the fault of having totally open, undivided-by-separator-strips shelves! (2) The Men's bathroom is atrocious! It is ALWAYS filthy, one of the toilets has a broken seat and has been that way for months, and it obviously is at the bottom of the "clean-up " list at the store. Basically, it's a health hazard. A little modernization and more attention to "creature comforts" for the patrons would go a LONG way in this store.

Meanwhile, a revolving door of angry and disgruntled customers were coming in and out, saying they were told by the automatic voicemail system that their prescription was ready when it wasn't, that they were missing a few pills from their count. We had nothing but poor service and bad experiences with East Coast Rehab. They do not return…read morecalls, and ignore email queries. We purchased an expensive piece of equipment, paying on delivery with the promise of our insurance claim going in the same day. Three months of chasing East Coast has now resulted in us being told that the insurance company "did not receive" the first claim, and that the second claim was returned for more information. Not a single piece of correspondence from East Coast throughout this time. They either do not know what they are doing or they are very under-staffed and inexperienced. Either way, unless you are willing and able to pay thousands for items that are covered by insurance and not see your reimbursement for more than a quarter of a year, go elsewhere. Additional info: and now, a month later, our claim was denied as East Coast failed to provide the information requested. We are out of pocket thousands of dollars.
