I came into Cvs on 1/9/26 at left @ 7:42 PM. I went to the pharmacy spoke with a woman at the counter gave her. My license asked her to speak to a pharmacist the girl at the counter was so rude. I couldn't believe what I was dealing with just to get a prescription. I used an RX card and asked to speak to pharmacist. She told me to come back in a few minutes. I walked around the store for about 20+ minutes granted I was the only one there at pharmacy. when I came back to pick up my prescription I asked her if I could speak to the pharmacist again.she kept telling me that my question was hypothetical and that the pharmacist was on the phone and told her i would wait she told me no your question is hypothetical i am not getting the pharmacist for such a stupid question and refused ti get her for me. remember,I had asked this women to speak to the pharmacist right when I got there. I also I also told her my question. so she could've asked the pharmacist if she didn't want me to speak to the pharmacist for some reason but she refused I asked her again could i speak to the pharmacist she would answer me, I asked her again if she was the pharmacist she just kept being rude. tell me my question was a hypothetical I did say well I understand you don't know my answer. Can I please speak to the pharmacist? I don't understand why I was not allowed to speak to the pharmacist. No one was the pharmacist made aware. I wanted to speak with her. She finally walked over to another girl with glasses, the girl said exactly the same words as girl who was waiting on me apparently . I again said could you please get me the pharmacist this is probably why you can't answer my question because you are not the pharmacist could I speak with the pharmacist she on the phone I requested again is that the pharmacist she refused to answer me and said are you paying or not? I asked her a couple questions about the pad. She was rude again saying she has no idea what it means pick something.I said could you get the pharmacist she told me no again the pharmacist is on the phone I get that but so I'm not allowed to see a pharmacist because they're on the telephone. I was there for over 3 minutes and yet i was not allowed to talk to a pharmacist just to be clear. I was the only one there. And I can see why non customer were there the service is nonexistent and rude. maybe review who you hiring these people hate their jobs and clearly do not like their customers. They do not want us there. read more

The pharmacy here is hit or miss. When it is well staffed you can get in and out in a reasonable amount of time. However, 3/4 times it is not staffed well enough and it will take 20 minutes to get through. read more

so I'm talking to the pharmacist young nice guy told him the app said my prescription was being prepared so the nice young guy my info processes everything in his computer told me I'm all set. It'll be a little wait so I asked how long do you think dude working behind him with his back turned to us just yelled. It'll be filled in the morning so the pharmacist working on my prescription. Had to stop everything he was doing. This the first time I've experienced an attitude from that guy, especially when he's working the register always a very negative attitude. I could see if there was a big line behind me and a bunch of people in the drive-through but it's 12 o'clock at night there's nobody there this guy I assume the manager he always looks angry, very rude and condescending there was no reason I couldn't get my prescription, but for some reason, it was a inconvenience for him if you don't like people, you shouldn't work with the public give it stars because everybody else in that staff is the younger people are super nice but that guy must be very unpleasant to work with read more

She waited as much one hour on the phone in one of the calls until she lost connection. I decide to come to the pharmacy and they told me the prescription is on the safe and they could only fill on the next day. Deplorable service. This pharmacy is the worst pharmacy in Plymouth. Very hard to get anyone on the phone. Prescription refills sit in a queue for days and aren't filled. I understand the store probably can't get enough staff to work, but be better or shut the whole thing down. Save yourself some time and sanity and go to 330 Court St CVS. read more

If I could give them a negative review number I would! Although it's a 24 hour pharmacy it doesn't matter the time 1 in the afternoon or 1 in the morNing you will always be on hold for a minimum of 20 minute. often after waiting quite a long time you are simply disconnected, as I just was after 20 minutes on hold at 1:35 am. The pharmacists there are rude. Very short with you and in their tone as well. Absolutely nothing pleasant or polite. In order for me to get my medication, I have to call and speak with a pharmacist and ask them to fill it I can't just do it on the CVS app, so I am forced to interact with them. I don't have a car so I have to take a bus there. They can have my prescription with a refill date that they have noted on the app for over a week and when I call the day before or after midnight to ask them to fill it that day and then again in the morning to see when I can pick it up they'll give me a time late in the afternoon. Yet they have known for over a week it needed to be filled. I have explained that I am working in the afternoon. There are no buses in the evening and could I please pick it up sooner and have been told I could come in as a "waiter" which means I will need to wait in the line. Let them know I'm there and then wait another half an hour for it to be filled. What that means for me is another 1.5 hours on top of the 1.5 hours it takes to take the bus there and back because I will miss the return bus and have to wait for the next one. i've explained that to them and simply asked, could you just please fill it by two and the pharmacist has been very rude and said, simply no, you have to come in as a waiter. If I had a car, I would never ever go to this pharmacy again But because it's on the bus route it's really my only option. read more

I stood in line for a while & when I finally talked to someone I was sent to the drop off line. I had nothing to drop off but I was told I was in the wrong line for an insurance issue. The other line had built up to several people at that point but I went to that line & waited. I finally made it to the counter and told the man about my insurance problem & he told me he only had one minute until his break & he is still working on the previous customer but I can come back at 2:30. I will be moving my prescriptions elsewhere. I can't remember ever being treated so arrogantly at any store. read more

The woman could hardly speak English and was so disrespectful to me over the phone. So I want to start off by saying the staff at the front is awesome: saying this, the pharmacy techs are unbelievably rude when you ask questions. Constantly out of my sons medication and they'll give you a date it's coming in and it's never there. When you ask if they're positive it's coming you get a nasty "that's what I said". When I asked questions about my options and next steps about how to get the medication that I needed urgently. HORRIBLE. I waiting for 15 minutes at the pharmacy before even being greeted. Folding papers were more important. The doctor that was calling in the script was on hold for over a half hour and no one even answered. This was an emergency situation where my dog has SEVERE epilepsy. I waited for over an hour to have his meds filled which only needed to be transferred from another location. PRAYING my dog doesn't have a seizure due to the amount of time I needed to wait. I signed in for the minute clinic, the computer informed me the wait would be 45 minutes. I sat down, and began patiently waiting. 15 minutes later an employee walked out and said "oh" as if she had no idea I was there. "We're running late, I'm going on lunch break and won't be back for another hour." I then informed her that I had been waiting already for some time, and she turned away and continued to walk out of the building. I have never experienced such poor communication and concern from somewhere that is made for helping people. read more

Make sure you count your pills before leaving!!!! 3 trips there to pick up ADD medication, finally "ready" 24 hours later, and they only give me half the number of pills. NOT the first time this has happened, either. If you've ever had to jump through the hoops required of righting a wrong when it comes to filling a controlled medication, you know that going through that over the dishonest, disorganized pharmacy techs at CVS is NOT worth it. Not to mention, several months back they changed my generic without asking. After 3 phone calls to inquire about ingredients as I have allergies to medications, still waiting on the call back, it's been about 6 months. And this is a medication that is clearly labeled not to discount abruptly. They are lucky I didn't have a severe reaction. Disgusted at the level of "customer service". Unacceptable. read more

This cvs pharmacy is always a pain to go to. The service is unbelievably horrible And the pharmacists are ALWAYS grumpy. Yes I'm going out of my way to write this. It goes to show you how terrible it is over there. One woman, Megan was very rude and made a remark that broke patient confidentiality which was none of her business in the first place. My doctor made a mistake on a prescription of mine and Megan says "so where did the rest of your prescription go? Must have just went MIA hu?" It is none of their business what happens to my prescription after it is sold to me. That is strictly Doctor and patient confidentiality only. CVS pros and cons - CVS offers 24 hour prescription service and drive up windows. It is a very busy pharmacy at all locations. The service is a shot in the dark, depending on the pharmacist on duty and the technicians manning the drop and counter. Today I was planning to refill a prescription for a topical cream that I previously filled for $51.00. CVS price shown on their website when I selected the prescription to refill was $141.19. My insurer said their price should be $138.09. I think called CVS and they confirmed the price the insurer gave me was correct. I decided to check the price at another local pharmacy and the price was $124.32. I transferred my prescription and would encourage others to check with their insurer before choosing a pharmacy. It is very easy to transfer a prescription. Just call the pharmacy where you want to pick up your prescription and provide you personal information, insurance info, and prescription number where it was previously filled. Within an hour or two, the new pharmacy will receive the transferred prescription and fill it for you. CVS advertises their social responsibility, but social responsibility is "NOT OVER CHARGING YOUR CUSTOMERS FOR THEIR PRESCRIPTIONS." My suggestion - check the prices before filling your prescription and if the pharmacy claims they can't tell you, call your insurer who can tell you the price at the pharmacy of your choosing. read more

This Minute Clinic is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I recently scheduled an online appointment for a flu shot and a TB shot. Upon arriving 15 minutes early as told to do in the confirmation email, I noticed that there was already one other patient waiting to be seen in the waiting area. After signing in with the confirmation code on the computer, I waited 15 minutes until the NP opened the door and called the other seated patient in before me (despite being the time of my pre-scheduled appointment). I then waited another 30 minutes to be called into the office. During the visit the NP was very short with me, never asked me my medical history or confirmed my medications, and seemed more concerned with how I planned on paying for the visit than anything else. On the follow up appointment to have my TB shot read, I again made an appointment. When I arrived early as directed, it was clear there were 4 other patients waiting to be seen prior to my arrival. After waiting for 20 minutes (5 minutes past my scheduled appointment time), the NP called on another patient in the waiting area. I explained to the nursing student that was accompanying the NP that I had scheduled an appointment 72 hours prior, and that it was scheduled to start 5 minutes ago. The NP asked my name and then asked the nursing student how many patients were listed ahead of me to which she replied "three". The NP went on to take the patient into the office for their visit and I continued to wait despite having pre-scheduled an appointment. When I was finally called in, the NP was rude, very short when speaking to me, and never looked up from the computer to evaluate me. She printed me out a stack of paperwork which she stated was the summary of my TB Shot results as well as documentation stating I had received the flu shot. When I got home and reviewed the paperwork, I realized she had printed me out the last patients demographic information (name, birthday, Tax ID number, home address, health insurance information, PCP name, past medical history and allergies) which is a COMPLETE violation of HIPAA. I will NEVER go back there, regardless of how simple of a visit it should be. read more
