These are life-threatening medical errors, yet the pharmacists treats patients with open hostility and complete disdain. The trauma of dealing with this store is amplified by the blatant deception from CVS Corporate. When you call the corporate line to report these safety hazards, they lie to your face. They claim there is no escalation department and no physical corporate address where you can mail a formal report. Instead, corporate claims they send your complaint to the District Manager. This is completely counterproductive and a total conflict of interest. The District Manager is the exact person responsible for this entire area--an area where multiple CVS stores are completely failing and sitting at identical 1- 2 star ratings. Sending complaints to the person overseeing this broken system ensures absolutely nothing changes. A precious complaint was filed nearly a year ago regarding these exact safety violations, and it was completely buried. CVS corporate actively protects their failing stores by stonewalling patients, lying about their escalation process, and leaving people on indefinite hold. I asked what time they closed, was told they were already closed. Al, the owner, must have heard baby in background, crying. He asked what the matter was, and said he'd stay open til I got there.
