The pizza guy gave us some good intel on what to get and not get, and our pies were made perfectly and brought out hot to us. I had a peanut butter explosion and the other ladies had some fun frosted sugar cookies. For me the cookies were too crumbly but they loved them. The reason for 3 stars was lack of customer service. I had to go to the front to get cups for soft drinks. The woman I approached didn't say 1 word to me when I told her what I needed. She just walked away to a register where she rang in my purchase. It would have been nice had she said, "follow me," or "I can help you with that." But i figured out what she was doing and paid at the register and then told her I had a problem. She said, "what?" with an irritated tone. I told her I needed the cups I had just paid for. Again, she walked away from me, apparently expecting me to follow her, and I did. Then she asked another employee to hand me the cups. The other woman did that and I thanked her. The cashier who rang up our few groceries was pleasant and the bagger actually joked with me, so at least I had that as I was leaving.

When she first showed up to pick up her prescription they informed her the script wasn't ready and asked her to return in half an hour, unfortunately they neglected to mention this would align with their lunch break. When we returned two minutes past 1:30 they shooed us away saying they were closed. Although I understood they had a short time to take their lunch, it would've been good to have that communicated sooner. It just seems that having already seen her once before they could've handled the situation with more poise and much better bed side manner. She's in pain and getting around is very difficult for her. These medications are important for her healing and the lack of compassionate communication just adds to the stress of the whole process.

The compounded prescriptions take longer to fill than regular prescriptions. I've had another one years before, and they usually take about four days to fill. They got my prescription and called me to verify it. Because my prescription is not covered by insurance they waited to get my approval for price before they started making it. I called back four days later and they said it would be ready today and I got a text shortly afterwards that it was ready. I went in and the cashier was very nice and she asked if I would like to speak to the pharmacist and I said yes. So I spoke to a female pharmacist and she was very explanatory and helpful on the prescription and exactly how to use it and even more detailed information. I would recommend them for the compounding pharmacy, I don't use them for regular prescriptions so I don't know about that particular service.,

Next day - No delivery. 2nd phone call - she still sounds like she wants to be anywhere but her job. I tell her that I'm trying to find out where my delivery is. She keeps saying "I don't know who you talked to" and twisting herself into a pretzel to try to make it somehow my fault. She was absolutely the person I talked to. I ask to speak with someone else - they send it right out. Good - I have my meds. Third phone call (next refill) - still sounds like it's a bother to answer the phone. She says they'll deliver the next day but it could be any time between 8am and 8pm and I'll get no text or call and I have to sign for it. I say I'll pick it up. I go in and she asks my name from 10 feet behind the counter. I give it. She says nothing else. She seems to be continuing her previous task. No communication. No "give me just a minute". Nothing. Several minutes pass. I'm starting to suspect she's making me wait simply because she can. I ask if it's ready or if I should come back. She mumbles something I can't hear. She goes to another employee and starts whispering. She eventually rings me I up. I pay. I think to myself that if I'm going to come here, I don't want this woman going out of her way to be a jerk so I ask her name and say "nice to meet you Kayla" and was about to attempt a short, more pleasant interaction and she SNEERED at me. Like actually lifted the corner of her lip and sneered like a cartoon character. I said "wow - you are a nightmare" and left. Possibly the most aggressively unpleasant "customer service" person I've ever encountered. If that's the kind of customer interaction that management find acceptable, I can't see giving them any more business.

The ONLY reason we keep our scripts here is because they are the closest 24-7 pharmacy near us and sometimes we have crazy hours and need to be able to pick up our prescriptions at all times.
