Each prescription requires the caller to go through a painfully repetitive engagement with a robot in which it misses at least half the responses provided. The frustration caused by this ridiculous system is enough to make me consider moving to another pharmacy after a decade of using this one. It's seriously that bad. Absolutely infuriating to deal with. Someone had a solution looking for a problem and fixed something that was not broken.

Although I understood they had a short time to take their lunch, it would've been good to have that communicated sooner. It just seems that having already seen her once before they could've handled the situation with more poise and much better bed side manner. She's in pain and getting around is very difficult for her. These medications are important for her healing and the lack of compassionate communication just adds to the stress of the whole process.

The tech who helped me did not do the same thing. I sat there and sat there. The only way I knew my prescription was ready was a text message, which I don't always read immediately. The tech never came up to the counter to tell me my prescription was ready despite my having sat there a good amount of time. And I would have had to get back in line. The line was 8 people deep................. I left and decided I would pick up my prescription the next day. Deeply frustrating.
