This is a small independent, family-owned pharmacy. It's actually owned by the pharmacist himself…read more When I went there, he was out of stock of the unusual prescription that I wanted to fill, but he took the time to look up what I needed on his computer, compare prices, and let me where I could get the item the least expensively. This is the kind of place I love to support! I know I'm supporting an individual family who take pride in what they do, and are willing to go the extra mile when needed, as opposed to a corporate chain who does everything as cheaply as possible and treats me like a number.

Had some CVS Extracare card 'cash' & coupons in my account too, so grabbed a couple cosmetic items. CVS is more expensive than Target, where I probably most often grab items that are available here too, but the coupons make everything a (usually) better deal. I used self checkout & one coupon wouldn't scan- a very nice young man employee was happy to help me- much appreciated! This location also has a small but decent selection of more prestige brand face and hair products- love that!

This is by far the slowest and most disorganised pharmacy I have ever dealt with. It is a ramb mess…read moreevery single time we come here. The ONLY reason we keep our scripts here is because they are the closest 24-7 pharmacy near us and sometimes we have crazy hours and need to be able to pick up our prescriptions at all times. Honestly, they would benefit from a complete overhaul. Half their staff at the pharmacy here has no idea what they're doing. You can clearly tell there is a gap in training. if you do not need a 24 hour pharmacy I do not recommend this one at all.

Zak, the manager on duty was a HUGE help! If you've ever tried to get your healthcare plan's OTC allowance used up at the end of the year, you know what a hassle that can be! Especially when the company's servers are so backed up they crash, their app malfunctions, and you cannot get anyone by phone, you have no recourse, but go to a store and try to find some things you need...at the very last minute. The Walgreen's employees were great! This is certainly not the way I expected to ring in the new year, especially after spending 8 hours trying to accomplish what should have been an easy task, and was anything but, because United Healthcare sucks!

The pharmacy and the techs are great. Recently they made a change to their automated refill system…read morethat forces callers to navigate a horribly implemented IVR to place a refill request. The old system allowed me to refill several prescriptions in just a couple minutes and now it takes every bit of a half hour to request two. The system is extremely cumbersome and lacks any flexibility to cut to the next step. Each prescription requires the caller to go through a painfully repetitive engagement with a robot in which it misses at least half the responses provided. The frustration caused by this ridiculous system is enough to make me consider moving to another pharmacy after a decade of using this one. It's seriously that bad. Absolutely infuriating to deal with. Someone had a solution looking for a problem and fixed something that was not broken.

When I pointed out that the sign said walk-ins were welcome she said "we're just too swamped." There were 4 of us in line. How is that swamped? No concierge. No direction. Nothing! Terrible customer service! At least post a sign somewhere so people know not to waste their time waiting. Incidentally, my husband called prior to stopping in and was told we could walk in. At least be honest!

Both pharmacists worked to squeeze me in and I appreciated that. I didn't want to come back the next day. I see 1 and 2 star reviews but I don't think people understand that the pharmacists are busier than one armed paper hangers while I'm sure upper management believes the pharmacists aren't busy enough. Many healthcare providers are running on a skeleton crew so if anyone feels they're not getting the help they want, those are corporate policies. Pharmacists have no say. The bean counters make decisions even though they have no professional degree or license. The people working in the store were very nice too. In this case, pharmacy and store employees are asking unvaccinated people to wear masks but they aren't allowed to ask to see each person's vaccine passport. That's ridiculous! It appears that corporate may have cut down on cashiers so I'd suggest people keep calling corporate rather than shooting the messenger. These are tough times for everyone. Give them a break.

This is a pretty decent Walgreens. It's clean, and meets expectations of what you imagine when you…read morethink of a Walgreens location in your mind. Three stars because much like other Walgreens locations I find it can be hard to find what you're looking for depending on what it is. If you're looking for say cold medicine you'll be fine. Other things? It totally depends. I wish there was a kiosk like at Ikea where you can type in what you are looking for and they tell you which aisle. I also wish there was a self checkout. I feel like I'm always waiting behind loads of people just to buy one thing. At any rate, I found what I was looking for here, and it was fine, but nothing to really write home about.

The pizza guy gave us some good intel on what to get and not get, and our pies were made perfectly and brought out hot to us. The bakery has a great selection of freshly made cookies, cakes and other fun items and they were all reasonably priced. I had a peanut butter explosion and the other ladies had some fun frosted sugar cookies. For me the cookies were too crumbly but they loved them. The reason for 3 stars was lack of customer service. I had to go to the front to get cups for soft drinks. The woman I approached didn't say 1 word to me when I told her what I needed. She just walked away to a register where she rang in my purchase. It would have been nice had she said, "follow me," or "I can help you with that." But i figured out what she was doing and paid at the register and then told her I had a problem. She said, "what?" with an irritated tone. I told her I needed the cups I had just paid for. Again, she walked away from me, apparently expecting me to follow her, and I did. Then she asked another employee to hand me the cups. The other woman did that and I thanked her. The cashier who rang up our few groceries was pleasant and the bagger actually joked with me, so at least I had that as I was leaving.
