Pharmacy service was terrible. My prescription had just come in and they were not had a chance to fill it yet. I was told to have a seat, and it would be expedited. At the same time another customer came in and had the same situation, the pharm tech took her to another register and expedited her prescription and rang it up on that register, so she did not have to wait in line again. The tech who helped me did not do the same thing. I sat there and sat there. The only way I knew my prescription was ready was a text message, which I don't always read immediately. The tech never came up to the counter to tell me my prescription was ready despite my having sat there a good amount of time. And I would have had to get back in line. The line was 8 people deep................. I left and decided I would pick up my prescription the next day. Deeply frustrating. read more

I just went through the drive-through to pick up a prescription. The woman that waited on me had a name tag that I think read Kim. On the receipt it says I was helped by Taylor. She's the same lady that helped me at the inside counter last week. She was appropriately pleasant, professional, and very helpful. What a breath of fresh air!! Really frustrating to have scheduled appointments for Covid-testing and then to be told time and again that the appointment was cancelled. Only allowing one lane in the drive-thru for covid testing is a mistake, another car had blocked the drive-thru for 20 minutes. It didn't help that the person working the drive-thru was belligerent and insisted that I cancelled the appointment. The image attached shows it was cancelled by CVS. Also, when you call the phone number they don't answer the phone. So I went over to the church parking lot and got tested for free in a matter of minutes. Had two bad experiences at this location I've been unable to let go of. A while back, I was followed into the cosmetics aisle by a female employee who was not so subtly watching me... likely because she thought I was a shoplifter. The racial profiling didn't stop there. On another occasion, I asked the manager for help finding an item and he told me to leave my items at the counter while I continued shopping. Again, nothing I did should've made them believe I was doing anything wrong... But maybe it was the way I look. The irony is, I've lived in this community for literally decades. Probably longer than either of them have, and there I was, being treated like an interloper. When it happened the second time, I made a point to tell them they were being offensive and unfair. Worse pharmacy I have used in 40 yrs. Their phone system is a joke. Plan on wasting 15 minutes of your time punching buttons every time you refill only to have to order with a someone who barely speaks english. Your completely treated like sheep in this store. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I went into this store today to attempt to exchange and return items that I had purchased yesterday (6-24-2020). When I went to the counter and expressed what I would like to do. the store manager, Andrew blatantly REFUSED to accept my return. He stated that because he had "fixed" it yesterday while I was in the store that he would not help me. I informed him that he hadn't fixed it because the coupons that I had loaded were not properly applied which is the reason my transaction had to be done over 3 different times. I had to get back to work as I was there on my lunch break and had already been at the check out for 30 minutes with the original associate.I had said at that time that I would return. I expressed to him that I no longer needed the items as I had purchased them at a different location for a better price. Andrew continued to deny to help me and REFUSED to attempt to rectify the issue, instead telling me flat out that he would not help me and would rather assist the customers behind me. Essentially dismissing me. I asked Andrew for his supervisor's information and again he refused. He stated that he would not give me that information and instead directed me to call the 1-800 number. This wasn't a matter of wanting my money back for the items, I simply wanted something different! Unfortunately I wasn't given that opportunity to express that! Even the customers behind me were saying that they couldn't believe how he was treating me and he refusal to help me!!! I was calm the entire time. Even while he was calling me names that I asked him not to! I will never return here and that's saying something because CVS is my go to store for coupons and prescriptions. Change the name to wait a long time clinic. I've been here almost an hour and she has helped 1 person and another went in a while ago. As he walked in I left and drove 10 minutes home, dropped off some things at my daughters daycare and came back to find the same lady sitting and waiting. I didn't realize they offered inpatient surgery and recovery here. What could possibly take this long. I'm committed now but will never return. Once I got in the nurse was awesome. The convenience of the drive thru pharmacy is often over powered by the length of wait as they only have one lane working at a time and things typically move very slowly. The staff at the pharmacy are typically vey helpful and knowledgeable, and the service inside the store is typically much faster than in the drive thru. The staff in the main store are typically vey pleasant, and although a lot of the products are more expensive than at other stores they do have some good deals and the benefits of the Extra Care card can be very helpful. My family's experience with the Minute Clinic has been very positive with minimal waiting times. read more

The women in the pharmacy are completely stupid and don't know how to give anyone an exact time on a prescription refill! I waited in my car for the prescription like the dumb pharmacist told me I could do, then another dumb pharmacist comes to the window and said can I help you? I said yes I'm waiting on my prescription. The lady goes oh well you can't wait at the pick up window for your prescription! Then why the hell was I told I could stay here an wait for my prescription? I have never used this cvs pharmacy but believe me I will never use this one again! So basically if you feel like crap and you want to sit and wait for your prescription you can't! Oh and last thing ladies you all aren't models so cut your shitty attitudes out! Not cute!! this is a review both for the CVS store and the Minute clinic in it. i've been stopping in this store for going on 4 years now and the CVS store. its stocked in a word, bright and clean and the people are friendly. i love this store and were it closer to me, i'd go to it more often. however its not, i go to it specifically because it has a MINUTE CLINIC. this was the BEST IDEA EVER. like another reviewer said on another CVS. no more doctors office for allergies sinus infections or flu shots. no more taking off half days of work to do so, in the times i've went here non H1N1 craziness last year which wasnt thier fault. i've never had to wait longer than one person, its fast, knowledgable and efficient. whats even better.. you can get your needed prescriptions right there instead of having to drag a sniveling sick person to yet another spot. i was speaking of myself in that. i'm terrible when i'm ill. i get totally tired of my sniveling self. i'm just glad i dont have a mini me. yeesh. happily this time i wasnt ill just a flu shot, i stopped in, waited briefly for one person.. then it was my turn. as i said they are knowledgable and friendly and fast, and a little bit sneaky. before i knew it i had the shot and i was on my way.. which was a blessing, i revert to what i had to be like as a toddler when approached by a needle. i have the panicked urge to flee screaming leave me alone. i dont want a shot! go way! i can imagine Stephanie the ARNP being a whiz with kids, she hid that needle from me until it was time and it was done before the needle anxiety had a chance to surface. and for that alone they get a star. i love this place. and just a FYI at the times, i try go before lunch during the daytime, i couldnt tell you what its like later because i'm always done by then- they do take a lunch at 1 so be aware of that. read more

The Pharmacy is HORRIBLE ...My daughter needed a specific brand of a type of medicine and a note was placed in her record to always "special order" that brand since it was not one that CVS stocks. CVS contracts for certain brands that offer rebates and higher profit margins and this was not one they had contracted with...but they can and had been special ordering this drug for her. The "special note" was somehow deleted and they tried to fill the script with an alternate brand. That was not acceptable. Then then forgot to special order,never called me back, and when we went to pick it up the drug was not there. Instead of admitting they made a mistake they lied to me and told me the drug was discontinued most likely but they had not way of telling that. I called Walgreens who could immediately check on line and see that the drug was not discontinued and transferred the script to their store and filled it right away. I can handle mistakes but lies are unacceptable esp in this business. This is a very very busy pharmacy and they lack in customer service. read more
