They didn't make us feel like they were too busy and didn't even act put out by us coming in at 8PM. The location was clean, every employee greeted us when we arrived and told us to have a good night when we left. Definitely recommend because they were so sweet and helpful accommodating us The first Rite Aid we went to on Seneca ST not only let us know they were too busy and put out by our appointments, but they were completely unhelpful and wasted multiple hours of our day having us schedule online so they'd have time to thaw a dose- then still not having a dose thawed when we came back hours later. They refused to schedule in person despite claiming our online appointments weren't showing on their schedule and just kept telling us to schedule online despite not honoring the 2 appointments we'd already made. The woman finally told me over the phone when I called (because my husband is nicer and was just going to keep making appointments apparently) that they had more important things to do. I suspect the employee at the Seneca St Rite Aid was anti vaccine- why else would she be so incredibly unhelpful to the point of actively hindering - then saying she was too busy and had better things to do? REGARDLESS I'm glad that she was so awful, because I didn't even know THIS location existed. It's not far off my route home and it's way better than the one near my house :)

I mean, it was only my second visit some years ago that he remembered me and greeted me by name. I know it's not because I'm a particularly special customer, it's just the M.O. here. Then, he, his wife, or one if their assistants, reviews the prescription with me as if they truly care about the side effects and other relevant stuff. Contrast this with the CYA, sign off here, slam bam service that I had become used to at some of the national chains. Don't get me wrong, the folks at the chains work hard. Perhaps with no skin in the game though, they just aren't quite as motivated to get it done in the same way. It is great for us to live very close to CY's, but you might find it worthwhile to take a trip here.

You can even get medications that have to be compounded. With that being said, they require a 48 hours notice for a refill on compounded meds. We have to refill Omeprazole for our Pomeranian mix every 30 or so days, but it's hard to tell exactly when to order 48 hours in advance because it's a liquid and it's hard to tell when it will run out. It's also tecommeded to discard after 30 days.
