You will likely find old sales ads in the ad bin from weeks prior making it difficult to know whats on sale. Speaking of whats on sale, the store lacks sales tags on sale items. You know those little yellow signs that are displaced next to items. Yeahhhh. This store often doesn't have them. The red monster, aka The Red Coupon Machine, is often out of paper or just isn't even turned out. I've often times wanted to take a swifter duster off the shelf and use it to dust the products I plan on buying that are caked with dust bunnies. When buying any food, drinks or medicines make sure you look at the expiration dates. It clear that the store lacks rotation. This store is in need of some TLC. I actually drive farther away from home just to go to a CVS that has better service, cleaner and actually has items stocked.

I've been living in the area for about 20 years, which means I've been here hundreds of times. As with any Rite Aid, you'll find a good selection of just about everything here. It's usually a little bit more than you would pay at a supermarket, but you do pay for the convenience. With their wellness+ plan, you can save up to 20%, so the prices do end up becoming very competitive. You have to spend a fair amount to get that discount, although the cost of your pharmaceuticals definitely gets you to that threshold quickly. I have to say, this is the first time I am doing a review in response to other peoples reviews. I think the common element here is that people are expecting happy, bright, cheerful people every time they come in to have their pharmaceutical needs tended to. Some people here are like that, but others might take a while to warm up to. You know, just like people in any profession. I actually like every person that works at Rite Aid, from the pharmaceutical staff to the cashiers. Andy is a good guy, even if he may not come across that way when you first meet him. I guess after you've seen someone a few hundred times, you start to get used to the personality a bit. I can understand being upset when someone at a pharmacy makes a mistake, but here's a crazy idea: tell them about the mistake so they can fix it! My daughter has a brain tumor, and she's had so many medications I can't even count. In all these years, I think they only made one mistake, and it was a minor one. So, if you really want to take your business elsewhere because the people here didn't kiss your butt sufficiently, that's your business. I totally trust my family's health being in the hands of these pharmacists. That's all that matters to me.
