I had never seen this before, but Giant Eagle and Ace share a space so that could be convenient. And then on the other side is a bank, Arby's and Wendy's. So you can get quite a lot accomplished in this one little plaza. There's nothing else that really separates this location from others other than the fact that you don't get a cellular signal while inside the store.

The pharmacist/owner, Kyle, is doing something truly groundbreaking by providing access to medications at a lower cost without the need for insurance. He sees that the state of the pharmaceutical/insurance/healthcare industries is not doing any favors for the person they are all theoretically supposed to serve, the patient, and is on a mission to help the consumer by negotiating directly with suppliers. My dog has had major GI problems when we've tried a generic version of his medication. When I spoke with Kyle about this, he explained to me that what I would be getting through him is called an authorized generic. A company called Prasco, a leader in the authorized generic space, produces our exact same medication with the manufacturer's blessing but it comes to us under their label instead of GSK. Everything about the medication is otherwise the same. He was so knowledgeable that I took it on faith that this medication would be the same as the $500 brand name and told him my dog would let me know if it wasn't. That was a few months ago and we are now ordering our second inhaler through Blueberry, so suffice to say it is working out and we are thankful. We pay about $260 instead of $400-$500; I'll take it. In February, even though they have mu machine on file (they sold it to me!), they sent me the wrong hose. I opened it, and discovered it was the wrong hose and returned it to the Erie store. When I called to check on my account, I was told that because the item had been opened (when I tried to replace my old hose, discovering that they had sent me the wrong one), they cojld not resell it. In order to continue service and avoid collection, I had to pay for the wrong hose that they mistakenly sent me - even though I returned it and was told that there would be no problem replacing it. No replacement, charged for their negligence and mistake. Certainly more to come!

Because no matter what we said on the phone she wasn't receiving the samples she wanted Half Medium and Half Large wraparound by ATTENDS is what we described then. We were told that order will be sent automatically at the end of November next. It never was. Called in twice. Finally had it scheduled for December 16. Was lost by FedEx. Had to call again. Then you sent out all mediums of the WRONG BRAND. Then you supplemented the larges as requested but WITH THE WRONG BRAND AGAIN. She. Needs. ATTENDS. A mix of medium & larges. Immediately. And you need to spend more money on better staffing or better training. You are providing DEPLORABLE service if you can call it that at all. I might make the case that this is gross negligence. Maybe even medical negligence!! This adversely affects elderly and disabled people How demoralizing for them. You all should be ASHAMED. Fix this NOW!!!! Stop focusing on your bottom line and more on the people you are SUPPOSED to serve!! Look you haven't done much RIGHT yet. I want answers. How this many mess ups on a row?!!???
