Amy talked us into fondant on the cake that we didn't really want, and it was on the cake so thick that it couldn't be served and caved in on itself when cut by professional caterers. Thank goodness we had also ordered sheet cakes to serve to the guests...however we paid for filled sheet cakes, and none of them were filled. The flowers on the cake were fake plastic flowers, when we were told she made them by hand when we ordered. When we asked for a partial refund for the wedding cake (that cost $800) that was unable to be served and had to be thrown away, we were yelled at and hung up on. I was also harassed on Facebook by the owner when I told her several times that I was leaving on my honeymoon and to talk to my mother who had paid for the cake.
