Poor instacart service for grocery pickup from this store. I will not be using this service again…read more There have been times when they were several hours behind in readying groceries for pickup. The final straw was when an employee literally lectured me that I had to be in the 2 spaces provided in order to receive my groceries. I was in an adjacent space and they had my car make, model, and color. I had to hassle to get my groceries. The employee was devoid of customer service. I have no doubt that there will be further trouble with that particular employee; he's a bad hire and poorly trained. When I receive my vegetables most of the instacart employees do not put them in small plastic bags. My lettuce, cabbage, and other vegetables are tossed into the big bag uncovered. This store has forgotten that the customer comes first.

But that kid certainly was. have a friend originally from Germany who was visiting--loved the pains au chocolat we had. And asked where they were from. She was shocked they were from Aldi -- as that's the low budget grocery in Germany where poor folks go. She has New respect for Aldi! FYI. You need a quarter to borrow a cart. And you can buy grocery bags there but it defeats the purpose of shopping there-getting value for your money. Some of The items offered seem exotic for a really good price. The Aldi finds aisle is the bomb. Sometime they have plush animals (brand name squish mallow ) or pokemon cards or Disney stuff etc. Usually it's a great deal. So who likes value for their money? Last visit there was a Volvo, Mercedes and Lexus in the lot along with Subarus and Kia and regular people cars. The guy getting out of the Mercedes had his reusable bag, so suspect it's not his first visit. There is some paper/litter around the cart area. That could be improved if they sent someone out to sweep up. 5/5 value for your money. Great produce. Nice staff. Love their philosophy of high quality for a good price . And the story of the owners' frugality.
