Example: Last time I went in like a week ago there was a girl working the register. She was on the phone but it was on speaker phone. No problem... It couldn't be more obvious that my walking in to buy something was totally inconveniencing her. The eye roll with the long exhale was so inviting. Not just her. Over the 18 years I have been getting gas here I don't have any recollection of them being nice, or even just semi happy. I realize work sucks. It sucks for me as well. But I don't have a chip on my shoulder when I'm dealing with customers. Even if I'm having a day. It's not their fault my job sucks sometimes. Looking at the other reviews I won't be taking my car there, ever! Just gas and once in a while something inside. Whatever! I originally had gone back to Giant Eagle in Glenshaw, Pa. which is where I transferred my prescriptions from to Rite-Aid years ago because of their overwhelming incompetence, but as a result of Rite-Aid's closing I went back to Giant Eagle out of immediate necessity. Again, Giant Eagle was still no better (maybe worse) than previously endured. I then decided to go to Walgreens across the parking lot. The first refill seemed to be ok. I had a good customer service experience. Then, it turned into every single refill being a frustrating episode. My prescriptions were delayed or disputed or both. I researched the Walgreens pharmacy policy's and had to resort to face to face confrontations with pharmacy staff. I had always proven my point too. My latest experience is my last experience with this Walgreens. It is taking me several days now to get my prescriptions refilled. I had to call the Walgreens pharmacy at this location to discuss the problems. After I had relayed what was going on with my prescription refills I had mentioned that I came to them from Giant Eagle because of the same incompetent handling of my prescriptions. The female that I was conversing with immediately replied with the question of which Giant Eagle do I want them to transfer my prescriptions to? I had to ask her if she was willing to transfer my prescriptions to another pharmacy instead of trying to assist me with my problem at the same pharmacy that she was on the phone representing? In a huff she tells me that she will ask the pharmacist to assist me. I finally was connected to someone that had claimed to be the pharmacist there. I was peddled excuse after excuse including trying to shift the problem back on me. I offered physical proof of what the issue was at that time that contradicted their excuses only to finally tell me that they will fill my prescription for that day and I may pick it up that day as well. I have no real problem with the retail sector just their pharmacy.

My husband and I have been customers here probably many times over the years, but I am somehow just now writing a review. Most recently, we purchased premium gasoline for our SUV. We did not have to wait in line to use a pump. The pump and the payment machine worked correctly. The price for the gasoline was average. This Sheetz's convenience store sells snacks and beverages. It also has an ATM and wi-fi.

Dave's Bp So this…read moreafternoon I talked to Sam at Dave's BP in Hancock, and she tells me they are no longer doing business with me. She said that because of the last repair job (One they fucked up), and the amount of paperwork they had to go through to reimburse me, they were no longer interested in doing business. So let's look at what they are losing out from one single entity... Last year when I did taxes, I itemize everything for my business, that includes gas expenses from each business we go to. And BP received a total of $113,000 from my business, (IE: Repairs, Fuel, Tires, Tows for all my vehicles.) They were the ones I trusted, they were the ones I always called first. Apparently, my money is not good enough for them, Just because I held them to a repair warranty. (basically, they screwed up on something or a part was faulty whatever it was. So it's my fault they had to deal with the headache of it) Need I say out loud what I am feeling? Or can you just understand... (rhetorical) One question. How are they still in business? And this was not an everyday occurrence that the zoo would be that packed, but maybe on a day that traffic is backed up for over an hour and you are the only restroom to get to maybe show some compassion next time!
