Fix your company: Fix my mother's service. November 2025 I spent a fair amount of time on the phone FINALLY getting someone knowledgeable about your products to order my mother's disposable underwear. Because no matter what we said on the phone she wasn't receiving the samples she wanted Half Medium and Half Large wraparound by ATTENDS is what we described then. We were told that order will be sent automatically at the end of November next. It never was. Called in twice. Finally had it scheduled for December 16. Was lost by FedEx. Had to call again. Then you sent out all mediums of the WRONG BRAND. Then you supplemented the larges as requested but WITH THE WRONG BRAND AGAIN. She. Needs. ATTENDS. A mix of medium & larges. Immediately. And you need to spend more money on better staffing or better training. You are providing DEPLORABLE service if you can call it that at all. I might make the case that this is gross negligence. Maybe even medical negligence!! This adversely affects elderly and disabled people How demoralizing for them. You all should be ASHAMED. Fix this NOW!!!! Stop focusing on your bottom line and more on the people you are SUPPOSED to serve!! Look you haven't done much RIGHT yet. I want answers. How this many mess ups on a row?!!??? I had had very good experiences with Blackburns...until today. Periodically, they would send replacement equipment for my CPAP. In February, even though they have mu machine on file (they sold it to me!), they sent me the wrong hose. I opened it, and discovered it was the wrong hose and returned it to the Erie store. When I called to check on my account, I was told that because the item had been opened (when I tried to replace my old hose, discovering that they had sent me the wrong one), they cojld not resell it. In order to continue service and avoid collection, I had to pay for the wrong hose that they mistakenly sent me - even though I returned it and was told that there would be no problem replacing it. No replacement, charged for their negligence and mistake. Certainly more to come! read more

Poor service. I've had issues getting my Libre 3+ Sensors. Placed order and didn't receive any confirmation at all. Finally was sent a re-order form, filled it out and sent it in. A few days later, I received a phone call from someone at Blackburn with a very heavy accent and had great difficulty in understanding them. IBlackburn;s representative asked me whether or not I wanted my sensors! In addition to this, even though I had paid my bill for my prior shipment, Blackburn sent me 2 more additional bills - one bill was sent via email and the other bill was sent via the USPS! Since I had paid the bill prior to this, I ignored the duplicate bills. Blackburn does not deserve any stars. read more

Poor service, will not return my calls even asking that an urgent matter be escalated, incorrect items being shipped and they do not inform you when an order isn't shipped or held up. Additionally, I tried to submit a call back request online which did not work and there is no online 'chat' available. I'd give zero stars, if that was an option. read more

I've been with Blackburns Physicians Pharmacy for over a year and have away had trouble getting my Libra 2 sensors on time. Every time I contacted them. They had a excuse why I didn't get them on time. A couple months ago I was about to quite using them and their representative Amy contacted me and told me they changed the system and I would get them on time. Well the two months afterwards, each month they were late contacting and getting me the Libra 2 sensors. So for February I canceled using them. I cannot recommend them for medical supplies because of the difficulty I went thru. read more

I STILL have not received an order for osteomy supplies on their website IN OCTOBER 29024!!! I've been ordering from other vendors since & paying out of pocket, sometimes to the tune of $300 or more & I'm on a fixed income. Since they farmed out their in-house order department, their customer service has plummeted! When I called yesterday & spoke to "Jay" he said they shipped my order on January 22nd 2025 but I've never received it. I've ordered from them for decades & always got my order within 1-2 days. "Jay" could not provide me with the service they used to ship my order, whether, UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc., nor could he provide me with a tracking number, which raises my suspicions. He claimed he was escalating it to a higher department & someone would get back to me "by noon" yesterday, but not surprisingly, no one has. This company had my father, a recent stroke patient with severe physical, visual, and cognitive deficits, agree to a customized wheelchair for which he was billed over $800 after Medicare paid their portion. They are a predatory organization who took advantage of my father while he was in a rehab facility. None of our family was there for the discussion with Blackburn's and we confirmed with the rehab that none of their staff was either. When he received the wheelchair several months after leaving the facility, it wasn't even properly fitted for him and no one followed up to ensure it was customized correctly. We didn't get the bill immediately, but when we did we immediately returned the chair to Blackburn's. Adding insult to injury, they are still billing my father for handles for a wheelchair he no longer has because Medicare denied the payment. I'm in contact with Medicare now to ensure they know my father did not have the mental capacity to agree to a purchase like this and no longer has this wheelchair, and that they should not have paid Blackburn's anything for it. If the copay was over $800, I'm guessing they got a massive payment from Medicare to cover the rest. Unless of course Medicare denies that too and that's the next bill my father receives. Do not do business with this predatory unethical supplier. read more

Apparently because the bariatric bed rented from Blackburn's keeps breaking I am no longer a customer they want to bother with anymore. I have a rare muscle weakening disease and I need a hospital type bed to function. I cannot sit up in bed without the assistance of the electric controls of the bed. In order to stand up from a bed I have to raise the bed above my knee level. I use all of the functions of the bed(s) pretty much every time I need to get up which is usually every 3 to 4 hours at the best of times. Service calls for breakdowns are the luck of the draw. Sometimes you are told that "we don't have anyone available for ___________" and then a date in the future is mentioned. Gods forbid I try to explain how seriously a breakdown of the equipment affects my health, safety, or quality of life (like actually having a bed I can sleep in). I learned today that they have no interest in servicing the bed that is now broken and barely functioning because either it's my fault their equipment broke down or I had the temerity to insist that I NEEDED the bed to work so I could use it. Apparently my calls to try to get the damage repaired annoyed someone in the organization because they have no further interest in my business. My Physical Therapist Has Been Trying To Submit An Order With This Company For Over A Week. I Tried Calling 15 Times While Waiting In Que For At Least 20 Minutes At A Time To Be Transferred To A Voicemail Which I Left Every Time. I Still Never Received A Call From Blackburn. My Therapist Stated That They Submitted A Fax Order But The Blackburn Rep States They Didn't Receive It. Now My Physical Therapist Is Saying The Fax Number Changed For The Company. Follow thru is lacking. They either are 100% or 0%, there is no happy medium. Sometimes, we wait literally weeks for a follow up phone call for repair. They had my son's wheelchair for 2 months due to a coding and billing error that they made. Had I not spent 6 hours of my time with insurance and follow up, we still may not have the chair back. They lost a very expensive part of my sons custom wheelchair during a recent repair. I am still waiting for a replacement or even an explanation. The technician who delivered the chair back just showed up with no warning. No phone call, no appointment. Very much seems that the right hand has NO idea what the left hand is doing in the repair department. The folks who answer the phones have major attitude 100% of the time. They make the customer feel like we are bothering them. Very, very, very poor customer service. read more

Billing was in error. Posted as late for multiple bills that had been paid. I was even listed as more than 120 days late for a payment I made. How can a payment that was made be 120 days late? Called billing and given a run around about their bad software. Called manager of billing and sent to mailbox. Left message no call back. Called again, this time the manager was at another office and then she was going on vacation. Blackburn's provides personalized service which is helpful because I am on several medication. There are multiple generic manufacturers and I happen to be a patient for which all but one brand of generic pain meds are ineffective, They are usually stocked with the brand I need, without needing to ask them to order it. They also will deliver to your home, usually the same day, or early the next day. They also carry many types of Durable Medical Equipment(DME). The only issue I've had with the pharmacy was when, my generic brand was not going to be available for a couple of months. I was given a generic which looked like my brand, but was not. I would have appreciated being told ahead of time so I could locate it at another store. Hence, pain relief was recognizably decreased. The following month, I had no problem locating the correct brand from a different pharmacy. But that has been my only complaint. read more
