I am very disappointed that they didn't have cotton candy... it made me very sad considering this is my favorite candy. so rude.

I decided to try curbside pickup so this review is for that…read more This was my first time doing a curbside pickup from anywhere and the process was amazingly easy! Samantha was my shopper and she let me know two items that were out of stock (which wasn't a big deal at all) and one that she substituted which I was fine with! I arrived at 6:30 and immediately someone came out after I called to let them know I was there. It took her no longer than 30 seconds to get all of my groceries in my car- WAY quicker than I could have done! I definitely recommend doing curbside pickup and don't forget to tip the amazing shoppers for all of the work they do!

That was fine; I don't live too far from there. On the day of pickup I was texted by Mary Ann, who identified herself as my 'personal shopper'. She contacted me a few times thereafter to verify items, suggest alternatives when needed, and to make sure I had no issue with filet mignon steaks larger than normal (Larger filets? Bring it!). She also offered the opportunity to add items I might have not thought of earlier. My daughter had to pick up for me as I was in post-covid recovery (hence my online order). That was no issue, and she informed me the pickup process was seamless. The products I got, including produce, were perfect. The bill was actually less than originally totalled, surprisingly. I guess those filets were on sale? LOL Well done, Mary Ann and Verona Giant Eagle. Thank you for getting it right!

I had had very good experiences with Blackburns...until today. Periodically, they would send…read morereplacement equipment for my CPAP. In February, even though they have mu machine on file (they sold it to me!), they sent me the wrong hose. I opened it, and discovered it was the wrong hose and returned it to the Erie store. When I called to check on my account, I was told that because the item had been opened (when I tried to replace my old hose, discovering that they had sent me the wrong one), they cojld not resell it. In order to continue service and avoid collection, I had to pay for the wrong hose that they mistakenly sent me - even though I returned it and was told that there would be no problem replacing it. No replacement, charged for their negligence and mistake. Certainly more to come!

November 2025 I spent a fair amount of time on the phone FINALLY getting someone knowledgeable about your products to order my mother's disposable underwear. Because no matter what we said on the phone she wasn't receiving the samples she wanted Half Medium and Half Large wraparound by ATTENDS is what we described then. We were told that order will be sent automatically at the end of November next. It never was. Called in twice. Finally had it scheduled for December 16. Was lost by FedEx. Had to call again. Then you sent out all mediums of the WRONG BRAND. Then you supplemented the larges as requested but WITH THE WRONG BRAND AGAIN. She. Needs. ATTENDS. A mix of medium & larges. Immediately. And you need to spend more money on better staffing or better training. You are providing DEPLORABLE service if you can call it that at all. I might make the case that this is gross negligence. Maybe even medical negligence!! This adversely affects elderly and disabled people How demoralizing for them. You all should be ASHAMED. Fix this NOW!!!! Stop focusing on your bottom line and more on the people you are SUPPOSED to serve!! Look you haven't done much RIGHT yet. I want answers. How this many mess ups on a row?!!??? And I haven't mentioned the missing gloves. Bed pads. Etc. deplorable.
