John was the cashier in the front. He did not greet me. I was having trouble at the self checkout register trying to find my 40% off 1 item coupon in my purse so as i was trying to find it, John approached me and opened and looked into my bag. Then hit a button on the screen asking me to join some membership to move me forward to pay, without asking me if he could help me with anything or greeting me at all. As he walked away i said , "Good Morning." then he said he was just checking my bag to see if there was any medication he needed to approve. He was more concerned about himself than he was helping a customer who clearly needed help. I was resigned to the bad service and left. Then I remembered. I AM THE CUSTOMER. I DESERVE GOOD SERVICE. So went back abt 5 mins later. John was helping another customer. As he was helping the other customer, he yelled to me, "you got a return?" to which i said, quietly "yes". After he helped the other customer. I walked to the register, said nothing, just handed him my bag. I had hoped he would ask me why i was doing the return, since he had just saw me there (it was not a busy morning and I have distinct hairstyle). He didnt, just started processing the return. No greeting, no smile, no courtesy. I asked if I could have the receipt back pls, he said, "It wont work anyways" to which i said "But i can do the survey." There was only one item on the receipt but he insisted on circling it, which i was fine with and then he gave it back to me. After that his tune changed. He started to be more polite. Told me to sign on the screen, that the return would be back on my card and to have a nice day. I said, "You Too" and left. I have learned, even when people are not nice to you, never leave your positive frame. Thats what low vibrational people want you to do. Maybe John was having a bad day, but customers shouldnt have to take the brunt of whatever is not going well in CVS employees life. read more

Regular CVS, we have three within 15 minutes from our home. But this one is open 24 hours and has a "Minute Clinic" which makes this one stand out from the rest. Not the closest one to me but if you need some meds late at night, it is a big plus. read more

10 minutes waiting in the drive thru to pick up my sick kids prescription at 10:15pm. There are 4 cars behind me and nobody to help us yet. The guy said "I'll be there to help you when I can" and never did. There are 3 people walking around and just using computers. Wow this guy is terrible (pic included). Any CVS and pharmacy that stays open 24x7 is a hit with me. We needed to pick up some medicine after a visit to the emergency room on the night of July 4th and CVS was there to provide it. The staff at the drive-up window (drop off and pick up) were cordial and efficient. The staff inside of the store were nice as well. read more

while I frequently use this pharmacy, the reason why it received a one star rating today was because of the visit I just had. Earlier I went to drop off a prescription, there were problems with my insurance, so I elected to return home and get it straightened out with the insurance company and then pick up my prescription when it was ready rather than waiting. The man helping me was awesome. Did everything he could to help me. Meanwhile, I received a text stating that my prescription was ready, so I went to pick it up. The woman behind the counter was so rude! She couldn't even manage to say hello after I said hello to her. She has absolutely no customer service and was just plain rude. Even condescending toward her coworker while I was standing right there, along with many other customers. She basically tossed my prescription on the counter and walked away. I never do reviews, but I couldn't get home fast enough, so that I could write this review. However, other than her, I would give this CVS a 5 star rating. She needs a new job, and it shouldn't be in customer service! read more

Minute clinic was closed when it should have been open. So have to wait till tomorrow. Should not put hours and decide to leave because no one is there. I made comment to pharmacy wow they are gone. By far the worst Pharmacy I have ever been to. I had refills, they would not refill it without a written script. Staff is rude. I dropped off a prescription at 8:00 am wwnt to pick it up at 7:30 PM and it was not ready. Pharmacist complaining about not having any help and slamming the phone stating she has been on hold for 16 minutes. Same Pharmacist was complaining the last time I was here. read more

The PA's are good. However, you CANNOT get your medical records! I've emailed: mcmycharthelp@cvshealth.com; and called 1-866-389-2727 for six days. Each time I was on hold for 90 minutes and then the call was disconnected!! I even went back to the Minute Clinic but even they could not help me. Frustrating because I needed the records so BCBS could see all the visits for sinusitis and ear infections and what medications I was prescribed. I will never go to another CVS MINUTE CLINIC and will instead go to Urgent Care!! I can walk into Urgent Care and they can immediately give me my medical records!! read more

Totally unacceptable service. Got there an hour after the prescription was supposed to be ready. Lady - who hated to be working today - said I don't have anything ready yet. So I sat in the "waiting chairs". 45 mins go by so I go back and ask another lady how much longer is this going to be and if I need to come back. "Oh, it's ready and then gives me a name that wasn't in the prescription from the Dr and closely resembles another medication I have. I told her that it was supposed to be X and not sure what that one is. I shows her the Dr prescription and she asked if I was at the right location. Finally the actual pharmacist comes over to tell me of the "generic brand" of what the prescription was supposed to be. 45 mins of waiting for something that had been ready who knows how long - people not sure what the drug is you're getting. Called this cvs to find myself waiting on hold for over 20 mins and decide to hang up and go there to check if prescription was filled. Waited in drive thru line for over 15 mins without the line moving. Went inside to pick up line. Waited 10-15 minutes to be told to go to drop off line. Gave my information to be told it wasn't filled still when they received the order at 9 am and it was 3pm. Now I have to wait 30-45mins for pick up. While I was there not a single person was answering phone calls in the pharmacy. Thus, the long lines were due to lack of organization and prioritization. Worst CVS ever. The Only reason my prescription was sent to cvs, the hospital didn't use my most recent pharmacy of choice, Walmart Pharmacy. Will never use CVS again. Everything is overpriced anyway. Also the district number provided for complaints goes straight to voice mail. Your opinions won't be heard and problems will not be rectified in a timely manner. read more

I have visited this pharmacy inside Target only two times and I will never go there again. Both times has been unpleasant. the pharmacist Dan is RUDE and always seem to be to busy... I booked my appointment ahead of time. I went there for a flu shot and Covid booster on 9/27/22 and all he could talk about was who was paying for them, even though I have two good insurance. He claimed to have ran my Humana card but said it was rejected. I went home and called the insurance and was told they saw no evidence of a claim that was put through and my Covid vaccines are 100 percent covered. He is not only rude but incompetent! He said I just got the vaccine in and it's still froze. He acted as if I shouldn't have been there. When I called beck he said he is overworked and the company will not allow him to hire more. Walked in with my girl friend who did not have her ID on her to get a bottle of champagne on our way home. When we approached the clerk she asked fOr my girlfriends ID, we had a picture of it and could recite the info. She refused. So my girl friend rode back up there with her ID, I waited home. The clerk refused to sell her the bottle now bc I was not there even though I presented my ID when I was first there and said that she would not sell the bottle to either of us with our ID's. I have been going to this pharmacy for 12 years. Most of my experiences have been favorable. Today was terrible. I went to pick up a prescription for my husband. On my walk to the pharmacy counter, I decided to check out the wines, so I started down the wine aisle. There was a woman bent over, on one knee, next to a bucket, in front of the Chardonnay...exactly where I wanted to be. I hesitated, unsure what was happening, but still wanted to check out the wine prices. She stood up and rudely asked what I was doing in the aisle, and why was I there because wasn't it obvious that it was closed. I'm sorry, what? There were no signs, no caution tape, no orange cones, and no evidence of a spill. She could've handled the situation so much better. Instead, I got an undeserved verbal slap that's still stinging six hours later! I held my tongue, continued past her, got the prescription and left. Because of her, the Food Lion across the street got an extra sale today. read more

Ashely in the pharmacy is a true gem! After finding out my insurance was expired at the emergency room I came into the pharmacy almost in tears from pain and not knowing how I would pay for my prescriptions. Ashley called the ER and made my prescriptions affordable for me, and most likely saved me from death by kidney infection. CVS Pharmacy and their customers are so lucky to have Ashley! She turned a horrible day into a heartwarming experience just by showing she cared. read more

Worst pharmacy in the world!!!!!! Worst customer service. This all started a month ago my dr ordered me some Zofran, prenatal vitamins, bonjesta, and some acne face cream. The day my dr fax over orders for those i was only able to pick up the Zofran. Which took an hour to fill. Then a few days later I went in because i was worried about not having any prenatal vitamins. Again it took an hour if not more to get those. I was then informed I'd be called when the other 2 prescription are ready. So 3 weeks after the dr put in the order I get a call for pick up. I go to pick up the two, but they only had the face cream ready. I asked when the bonjesta would be ready because the Zofran doesn't work and I'm throwing up all day every day. They said next Monday. So now here I am 4 weeks after the prescriptions were ordered. The Monday they told me my bonjesta would be in and ready. And oh guess what. It's still not ready! I'm about to just have them send it to Walmart. Or to my pharmacy in Utah and have them mail it to me. Anything would be faster and better than here. Also they break HIPPA laws. The pharmacist stands in the middle far away from the front and yells questions at you that you have to speak really loud to answer back. All the people in line and in the store now know when my birthday is, when baby is due, and all my allergies, what meds I'm waiting on. I feel bad for anyone picking up some real personal prescriptions because everyone will know what your about to be taking. Iv just never had this happen before. Usually if a prescription is ordered when I'm at the drs by the time i leave and drive to the pharmacy my meds are ready for pickup. And if the pharmacy doesn't have the medication in they over night it and I'll have it the very next day. Waiting a month for prescriptions is just ridiculous! Go elsewhere. Anywhere else. Walmart, Walgreens, Costco, target, order from another state and have it shipped to you.... really any option would be quicker. read more

If it were possible to give this pharmacy a minus rating I would. They certainly have not heard of good customer service. I called this pharmacy to find out if my prescription was ready I was told it would be an hour. I went to pick it up about two hours later, there were four people working behind the counter after about ten minutes of waiting I was told they would by right with me,needless to say 25 minutes later I was then told my prescription was not ready I would need to come back on Monday. So I waited 35 minutes total just to walk out without my medicine. If you can go anywhere else I would tell you to goooooo!!!! read more

This pharmacy lacks knowledge of the law and therefore provides false information. My Dr from out of state submitted a request for an antibiotic and pain medication. Upon pickup, this CVS informed us that only the antibiotic could be filled and the pain medication would have to wait until after they spoke with the Dr. in the morning. CVS said they would call us back once completed. Well after several hours of waiting the next day with no call, I called CVS to inquire. They had no recollection or notes as to what I was talking about. The person on the phone was direct and unwilling to help. I understand this job can be difficult but please have a little courtesy with your clients. I have been in pain all day and hopeful that some relief would come with this prescription. This only added to the pain. It's hard for me to consider CVS for any needs going forward. Especially for their inability to communicate and assist their clients who are in need. read more
