The equipment re-order was placed at least a month ago. My insurance changed in January and I gave them the new information in December. Someone dropped the ball with my new insurance and dragged this process out. Insurance has now been approved but they still haven't sent replacement equipment. It's impacting my health and I'm short of breath. It's almost like no one at Rotech has my case. I'm a retired RN and I've never heard of a home health provider or DME provider doing business like this! I'm strongly thinking of changing companies. This is insane! This is an update: I called Rotech today, 4/6 and was put on hold for an extended time. They clicked me over to a corporate phone tree which didn't work. I could not get connected to anyone. So, I called the local Rotech office in Myrtle Beach again and asked for a supervisor. I was told that was not an option but I could leave a message and someone would get back with me in 24-32 hours. I give up! I'd steer clear of this company. There are plenty more out there.
