I can see a lawsuit in Walmarts future if they don't get a handle on this. if the tables were turned and a very obvious man in a dress identifying as a woman walked out of the women's restroom and 2 young girls walked out with puzzled looks on there face the police would have been called immediately. identify how ever you want. but biologically if you were born a female use the womens bathroom. if you were born male use the men's restroom.

It kept telling me I was 3rd in line. By now it was approaching closing so I called another Walgreens and begged them to fill it. They did in 15 minutes. 48 hours later these people are calling me telling me with a recording they can't fill my script because insurance says its too soon!?! Idiots

They tried to fix it but in the end they couldn't. I ended up not getting that medication but the worst part was I had to rejoin the line all over again to pick up the other prescription. I got to the top of the line again before the pharmacist decided to give me the other prescription for free. I am not sure why I had to go back to the line again and why they couldn't just give me the other prescription which would have saved me about 30 minutes of waiting. The pharmacist apologized which was more than what I could have asked for. He did know I was a health care worker which was probably why he did that. It was not the best experience at a pharmacy for me but the apology made it much better.

Walmart has more than enough money to have everything in stock always and for their system to be up to date not failing. Their employees could communicate better too.

We headed straight to the water and snacks aisles. Got what we needed for our road trip (water, chips, popcorn) and went to self check-out to pay shortly afterwards. We didn't waste any time perusing the store since we were on a tight timeline to get to our hotel. Walmart made our shopping experience simple and easy from start to finish. Encounter issues and they would assume you cancelled your account than offer an amicable solution. They have a faulty computerized ordering system that refuses to recognize the actual quantity of supplies remaining and will either short the quantity you need or send you twice the amount you need. If you do not order once the email ordering form is sent with a 5 day suspense they begin calling on the second day. If you don't answer they cancel your ability to use the automated system. When I do have a routine refill, it is automatically mailed to me adding to the convenience of their care. And while these things give me that welcome small town feel I mentioned earlier, this pharmacy also has the expertise of a big city pharmacy (without the crowds and delays!).
