Any prescription that they are out of stock on will drop out of their system after 3 days. I have been waiting on a drug for two weeks. You get text messages saying they ordered it, they'll let you know when it is in stock. But they never call you and expect you to constantly call them for a status because they cannot keep items in stock. Customer service on the phone is terrible. Acted like I was the problem for expecting normal customer service. I'm moving to another pharmacy. It is no wonder Walgreens is shuttering a bunch of stores. read more

Drove in icy/snowy conditions to pickup script. Sign on their door says they don't have a pharmacist on duty to they can't dispense. WTH! You can send me 2 texts a day to say my script is ready, and you can't send a text to say you can't today? read more

Highly recommend the pharmacy. The staff is outstanding and extremely pleasant. I am so impressed with the speed of the entire process form drop off until check out. By far the worst Wal-Greens. They move at a snails pace. I'd rather risk getting my meds from a veterinarian then have to deal with this place. This was pre & post Covid.. They will let a car sit at the window for 20 mins while they fill their script. Meanwhile you have to wait behind them knowing yours is ready. read more

BEWARE! I have been a Walgreens customer for YEARS and this is by FAR the worst Walgreens there is. I have had multiple bad experiences at this location. They always have long wait times. The staff is unfriendly and not knowledgeable. Waited over 30 minutes for my script tonight only to be told by the guy working that they could not process my new insurance and he was brand new so he "really didn't know how to help." When I asked if there was someone available who could, he simply said "no, sorry" no apologies, no nothing. If you don't enjoy having your time wasted go to CVS or a locally owned instead. My parents made the switch a few months back and have nothing but happy with the decision. I only wish I had followed suit sooner! read more

The pharmacy here is horrible! My prescription was called in three days before but when I got here to pick it up they did not have it ready and made me drive around the building. After waiting behind more cars, they still did not have it ready! The girl that helped me didn't care, she just wanted to go on break and walked out. Then another girl came over to the window and told me it was still not ready and to drive around the building again. Very unprofessional people working in the pharmacy. I called 2 prescriptions on Monday no record when I went to pick them up. On Friday requested refills again. Went to pick them up on Saturday. Went thru the drive through. The person at the window wait on 2 other cars while I sat waiting. This isn't 5je 1st time. They lost my prescription when I changed from Walmart. It's amazing when you call the pharmacy and the person answering the phone says they're the pharmacist yet doesn't listen to a word you say. When you finally have to get an attitude with her she tells you she's going to hang up on you and deciders it she might should listen to what you have to say. It gets real old that there are people that are supposed to be in your medical care team yet they don't listen to what you say. This pharmacist wouldn't even listen to what my DR had to say. read more

This year is my 9th year in retail management. I have friends and family that have worked in Walgreens pharmacies as techs and even pharmacists, and they absolutely hated their jobs and have moved on. I am not trying to bash this specific Walgreens, I know they're doing the best that they can with the payroll allotted to them by their DM and RM. I have no complaints about the pharmacy employees. They've always been super kind and sweet, even when they have an in store, and drive though line, wrapped around the building. I've learned code "IC3" or "I see three", is calling for help. I am a DM and am responsible for 23 locations, I know the business. Your DM can and should do better for you all. They can see and measure customer satisfaction, and can only imagine it's at an all time low. Every single pharmacy associate has been incredible, but the turnover rate is alarming. I hate coming here, and can never even get a phone call answered. I know it's not because of lazy employees, they're just completely and totally overwhelmed. Worst pharmacy there is. My prescription was sent over last night. I go in at 9:30 the next morning. They tell me it won't be ready till after 11:00. I'm on my way out of town. I talk to the manager. She just says SORRY. CVS is right across the street. Guess I'll give them a try. read more

This pharmacy has the most piss poor service I've ever seen. The lack of accuracy and communication the pharmacy has is that of the health department or maybe even the social security office. I'd rather slam my hand in a car door than have to deal with this place. My wife and I have had issues of miss counted medications "shorted of course" to denial of filling prescriptions with out being told so. Wouldn't recommend this pharmacy even if it were a free service. read more

My sister and I waited for about 20 minutes just to get to the pharmacy window and when we finally arrived we had to wait an extra 10 minutes because they had lost her prescription. They had sent her a reminder that both of her prescriptions were filled but when we arrived one needed doctors approval still and the other they couldn't even find it. The woman at the counter apologized, which was very much appreciated, but I don't understand how they lost medication. read more

Best store for everything you need. Prescriptions are filled promptly considering they are the busiest drug store in Mustang. The Pharmacy supervisor, Derek, is the greatest! I have been with this store since they opened over 16 years ago, and will never fill my prescriptions anywhere else. If you want prompt, personal service, and complete explanations about your medications, you want this Walgreen's. Get your immunizations up to date, and trust every word the pharmacy staff and pharmacists say. I have worked at a pharmacy in the past, I know the hard work and dedication it takes....the employees of this Walgreen's, whether in the Pharmacy or on the floor, go above and beyond to help you. read more

Takes 30mins to just get to the window (only one vehicle in front of me and none in the other lane) and then wait another 15-20min for someone to help you once you get there. Out of all the Walgreens in the area this one is the slowest. I'm thinking driving into Yukon or OKC is worth it. read more
