I wanted to patronize local businesses, but one young man was very rude to me first off. I get…read more gas and I can't see the numbers because they're rubbed off and I put the wrong ZIP Code. I had to go to another pump being locked out which was fine and then it didn't give me a receipt so I still have to go in and I wasn't too happy about that but when I get to the counter, I got there at the same time as another person w/ snack since I got gas ..I should go first, so I ask him for my receipt and he has the nerve to apologize to the other person as if I interrupted he was trying to send me a clear message and it wasn't very nice. I mentioned the numbers not being clear so I guess he thought I was complaining. I was hoping he would say yes we need to fix that. There's no receipt on the pump .Instead of apologizing to the other person he should have said hey I'm sorry you experienced that. But instead, he tried to make me feel like I was interrupting the other patron when in fact, we were there at the same time and I had already made a purchase . If you had had your receipt in pump, I wouldn't have had to come in so I get inconvenienced twice, but he's apologizing to the other person. I felt like he just wanted to be rude instead of addressing the rubbed off numbers on that one pump. He wanted me to feel stupid obviously.

City stores sold to Texas 7-11 the stores have really gone downhill. For example, Pepsi is no longer the distributor for BITB for fountain drinks. Now they are constantly out of product. When this station opened, I was excited because I had a new option to fill gas on the way home. But…read moresadly, 90 percent of my visits in the last year have resulted in leaving without gas bc too many of your machines have critical errors that prevent quality service - issues with being able to pay and several labeled as out if order. Hopefully all these pumps are fixed in 2026! Until I hear they are generally working, I will likely avoid this station at all costs.

This OnCue is probably one of the worst. They sold me this nasty food I wish I would have caught it…read morebut I couldn't see it. Also one of the workers wasn't wearing a mask and she was talking about how it doesn't matter everyone was going to catch it to which I spoke up and said well if I catch it I would die and she rolled her eyes at me. So glad to see how well your employees treat customers. Btw it's the law she has to wear one. So I see OnCue is not taking this seriously . Such a disappointment. Good thing you aren't the only convenience store around. I'll make sure to stay away from this one for good.
