Given the circumstances, the location was doing a good job of remaining operational and serving customers. The staff was friendly and helpful, and it was clear they were making the best of a temporary situation. While renovations can create some inconvenience, it's encouraging to see the company investing in upgrades and improvements. I'm interested to see what the finished location looks like once the project is complete. Overall, a solid stop during a period of transition, and I look forward to visiting again after the remodel is finished.

Especially this day, because once we got our gas the truck wouldn't start back up. My wife went inside to see if maybe they had a jump box we could use. They did not but the employee offered to jump with his van. We tried that and no luck but he said his battery wasn't the best so he asked another employee who had a nice truck if we could try it. She said she sure and after a few long minutes we were able to start the truck. This was so nice of the employees we cannot thank them enough.

They have a huge selection of food and drink items as well as standard convenience store fare. The gas prices are very comparable to the lower end ones around the area. Most recently, they told me that my preapproval for a prescription was denied. I asked them to find out why. Without further correspondence, they contacted me a little over a week later and told me I needed to pick up my prescription "TODAY or it would be returned to stock." I asked why it was turned down in the first place and the young woman simply stated, "I don't see that it was denied. It has been waiting for you to pick it up for about a week." This would not be so bad if not for the fact they absolutely will not even accept a refill request until the day it is due to be refilled. So I have waited over a week without meds. The med in question is lyrica for my peripheral neuropathy. And this might not be so bad if they showed ANY degree of empathy or sympathy for the pain I have endured all this time. And hey, they say simply I should have requested a refill sooner. Hmmm, I'm on auto refill. Why didn't they alert me ahead of time that the refill was declined. In short, they seem to have no idea what professionalism is required of ANYONE in the medical field. Note, this is far from the only issue I have had with them over the years. Heading off a question, I can see this pharmacy from my backyard. I can walk there if I want to and not even get my car out of the garage. This is the ONLY reason I tolerate this otherwise unacceptable mediocracy. One more comment, each one of the employees can be quite pleasant, but they seldom ever come across as any sort of a team. So if you catch that one person who is having a pleasant day, you have a good chance of doing well there. Unfortunately, that is less than a fifty fifty chance of doing well there on any given day. So maybe I am being generous with this THREE STAR review. Then again, if the pharmacist sees one of the clerks treating me badly, he often steps in and takes charge, which, unless they are both having a bad day, is a good thing. He seems to be a good pharmacist, if he worked in a back room away from customers while he works on filling orders. But as far as frontline customer service goes, I find his effort lacking.

A gas brand that is quite common in the Midwest states. They are located right next door to La Quinta in Oklahoma City where my eldest daughter and I were staying overnight before flying back home to So Cal. Grateful it is so conveniently located nearby! Got gas only and paid at the pump with credit card. Didn't go inside the food mart, hence, didn't encounter any staff members. It was a very quick visit. Gas station was bright and clean.
