More attitude than efficiency! Got the text that 2 prescriptions were ready. Went to the drive thru and the woman said there was one prescription for cough medicine. I told her there were 2 rx ready. She stops and says "So you dont want the cough medicine?" Yes, I need it! She walks away and comes back entering whatever on computer and I try to say something and she walks off again. 10 minutes and cars backing up. Comes back and says there were INDEED 2 meds with no apology for errors but groaned out "have a nice day" with no eye contact. Not the first time this happened at this store! read more

The pharmacy at this place can't be trusted. The pharmacist and staff will lie instead of being forthright. After having filled a Rx, they will retroactively take it back from your door, after it was delivered, and inactivate it with no explanation. When you speak to them on the phone they are very rude, condescending, and will outright lie. I have had the experience that medications I have received from here are missing pills. This is improper, immoral, and very well illegal fraud. As for the store, the selection is poor and the prices were through the roof, even before inflation hit. The V in their name is supposed to stand for value, they need to change it because instead of value, you get ripped off. read more

Will not use this location again. Going to switch to a completely different pharmacy. One of the techs here is horrible at her job and rude. She didn't confirm any of my child's information when I went to pick up At-home Covid tests with my insurance resulting in her pulling up the wrong person's information, running it through the wrong persons insurance and blaming it on me. Had she confirmed the birthdate she would have known she had the wrong person. Had she also looked at my insurance card she had in her possession she would have also realized her mistake. Instead, which is the oddest thing, she just kept accusing me of giving her the wrong information. I complained to the tech and he said she is also rude to him. Seemed as though everyone was walking on eggshells with her that day. I don't get it. She's bad for business. read more

I guess you don't want my business if you decide to close and lock the bathrooms TWO hours before closing. That's a common courtesy. No one comes in to JUST use the bathroom. I have things to buy too AFTER I use the bathroom but now I have to find somewhere else. You guys are just being lazy and sacrificing customer service to do it. read more

I have lived in Yukon for 20 years and visit acVS often. Never had any issues until today when I went in to get some medicin. I was looking around when I decided to use the restroom and after only just going in I was interrupted by the GM banging on the bathroom to leave. Without any customer service or help I was asked to leave because she believed I was stealing. Then as I unlock the restroom she said Nasir's I stole and I need to leave. I denied stealing and offered to show all on my person but she just continued to harass me at the bathroom door. I'm not one for conflict so I listened and followed her to the exit. I went outside and had my father go in to by the medicine and that was that. I called to explain the situation and get a better understanding and turns out their camera system had alerted them of my presence and I guess that was enough for them to kick me out and threaten to call the police. Never coming back to CVS again. read more

Every time I call this business, I have the experience of having my eardrum burst from the ridiculously loud static - filled music blaring over the phone while on hold. It has been the same way, same "music" for years now. I use CVS because it is closest to my home, therefore most convenient. I've been trying to get them to get a prescription clarification for a week now without any resolution, so I called the doctor myself and voila, it's fixed. The pharmacy said they had faxed twice, but the doctor said they hadn't received a fax, so I'm glad I followed up for myself. Also, while I'm writing, I'll also say that I think it is insane that I can get name-brand Synthroid from their (Caremark) mail order pharmacy for FREE, yet if I walk in the pharmacy myself to get the exact same thing, it costs me $100 for a 3 month supply. That's ridiculous. But not as ridiculous as the on- hold "music". read more

Well, this is convenient for me to pick up some supplies that I didn't have for carry-on. I was so glad that I didn't want to by 2 cans of raisins and could just get one for $2. Plus, they have CVS brands which are way cheaper than name brand. read more

The service here is always top notch. If they know of a way to save you money on your medicine needs at the pharmacy, then they will help you to achieve these savings. Sheba, the pharmacist, is my favorite. She calls me by name when she sees me in line. I really appreciate everyone in the pharmacy. Great job!!!! read more

We are having extremely low temperatures with a little snow in Oklahoma right now. The roads have been clear with some slick spots but passable even in a small car. I was at the dr. with a bad knee, she called in three scripts to CVS on Mustang rd. in Yukon, Ok. I didn't get a notice from them that they were ready. The next day I called them to check. She stated they closed early the day before because of weather ( the roads were clear) but my scripts were ready. Why didn't you send me notice? Oh you didn't get one. I said I'll send my wife right now to pickup. She said we close in two minutes. Let me talk to your manager. I told him my wife was on her way and you close in two minutes, he said sorry. I will make it, there are seniors, sick and elderly that need their meds to function and survive, other pharmacies are open CVS choose to close every opportunity. I had to give them one star that they don't deserve, so I can write this review. Never again! read more

Drive thru is horrible but going inside is easier. The female pharmacist was so helpful when all I needed was personal medication advice. She did not hesitate to take me down the isles and explain, research on her computer. I wish I knew her name but I do not recall, she is Middle Eastern decent. read more
