Had I done what they told me to, I would have stood in line. TWICE. Given the number of people in line, my second time through would have probably forced me to wait another twenty minutes. For a prescription I had already paid for. To make matters worse, the guy who rang me up made no mention of the fact that I would have to get back in line. It was only after I asked to speak with the pharmacist that my prescription was somehow miraculously ready. On top of this, the men's room was filthy, with urine on the toilet seat, toilet seat covers on the floor, and no toilet paper. When I mentioned this to a cashier at the suggestion of a pharmacy tech, I was told that the bathroom wouldn't be cleaned until midnight due to a lack of staff.

She constantly interrupts, interrogates, and makes the entire process stressful. When I went to pick up medicine, she asked if this pharmacy had called me. I said I believed so since this is where I always pick up from, and instead of just clarifying, she raised her voice at me saying that wasn't the question she asked. It was uncalled for and completely unprofessional. The other pharmacists aren't any better--they just let her do the talking while smirking in the background, which makes the whole experience even worse. Kristen rushes people, acts like you're lying, and treats customers with nothing but bitterness. I'm done dealing with her attitude and will be transferring to another pharmacy. If I had the contact information for the district or regional manager, I would absolutely report her behavior, because this level of rudeness should not be acceptable in healthcare. Stokes is always super fast and I always get the medication the very next day. These pills are not cheap but luckily I have pet insurance and it is just a little more than what I would pay anyway but not a massive size horse pill. Stokes called me and stated they would prepare the prescription and paid up front over $260. After almost 2 weeks of not receiving any information or the prescription, I call Stokes for them to tell me that they ran out of the ingredients to create his medication, and had to wait for a shipment. At no time did anyone from Stokes contact me or my wife to give us this information. Nor despite claims when I called them, did they email me any information. So calling this morning they say they are in the process of making it and it would go out by Wed.. When I asked about expedited delivery since their "Running out" has already delayed my cats medicine two weeks, they declined saying "We don't do free upgrades". When I said this is not a free upgrade, this is customer satisfaction for your lack of communication and delay in the medication. I was then hung up on by Stokes. I had never heard of Stokes before this, and I will in any possible case going forward, never utilize them again.

Pretty decent Walmart actually…read more I've been to Walmarts in multiple states and while they range from bad to horrid, once in a while you find a decent one - this is one of those decent ones. If you frequent Walmarts, then you pretty much know their layout and stock - it's the same here. The main difference is that most things were well stocked and things looked generally clean. I actually found everything I needed on this trip. I hardly had any interaction with employees (which is always a good thing), but there were actually three friendly employees. Imagine that, friendly employees at a Walmart! Who'd have ever thought it was possible. Some of the aisles need to be widened, only because some customers can't seem to manage a cart and/or feel they have the right to block everyone else from accessing certain areas while they take their time. Speaking of, the customers of Walmart are typical - zombie-like, rude, oblivious, creepy, weird, smelly, clueless, selfish, and animalistic. This one had some of those, but not as many as other locations tend to harbor. This location shares the land with other businesses, but parking is pretty good space-wise. Most of the customers cause issues in the closer spots near the front, but if you park near the rear then you'll be free of that. The general area is a good one, so having an actual decent Walmart for the area is a good thing. I'd easily come back here again if I'm in the area and in need of a Walmart.
