I have had multiple problems with Cropwell Pharmacy. They keep telling me the doctor never called to refill a scrip, when I know from the 26 years I've been dealing with my doctors, that's incorrect. The problem has been ongoing. Today was the final straw... I called the pharmacy twice in the last few days to find out if my warfarin refill was there. The doctor had given me only 40, since I needed my INR levels checked first. That was done Tuesday. When I specifically asked if the ENTIRE script was there, I was told yes. Fast forward to today when I went in and discovered it was NOT the entire script, it was only forty. When I started questioning them about the wrong information I was given, I was told I was abusing the employees. I did not curse or swear, I questioned why they got it wrong again. After no cursing on my part, the owner called me "an asshole" and told me to take my business elsewhere, which I have already done. May I suggest if you're using this pharmacy, do what the owner says...take your business elsewhere!!

Normally I go into pharmacies, the same one, monthly, for over 3 years due to auto accidents and they always sell make you feel like you are a bother to them! Stokes called me and stated they would prepare the prescription and paid up front over $260. After almost 2 weeks of not receiving any information or the prescription, I call Stokes for them to tell me that they ran out of the ingredients to create his medication, and had to wait for a shipment. At no time did anyone from Stokes contact me or my wife to give us this information. Nor despite claims when I called them, did they email me any information. So calling this morning they say they are in the process of making it and it would go out by Wed.. When I asked about expedited delivery since their "Running out" has already delayed my cats medicine two weeks, they declined saying "We don't do free upgrades". When I said this is not a free upgrade, this is customer satisfaction for your lack of communication and delay in the medication. I was then hung up on by Stokes. I had never heard of Stokes before this, and I will in any possible case going forward, never utilize them again.

It was only after I asked to speak with the pharmacist that my prescription was somehow miraculously ready. On top of this, the men's room was filthy, with urine on the toilet seat, toilet seat covers on the floor, and no toilet paper. When I mentioned this to a cashier at the suggestion of a pharmacy tech, I was told that the bathroom wouldn't be cleaned until midnight due to a lack of staff.

The staff on the store side are always friendly, helpful and will go the extra mile... They are also the front line of the store monitoring people as they come in... Making sure that people are wearing masks as they enter... They will tell you that a mask is required to shop there... The pharmacy section is open 24 hours... The staff in this area is also friendly and helpful... I don't get any medication here but my wife does... She has never been turned away because of a lack of anything she has needed...
