They offer to contact my insurance and doctor whenever an issue arises rather than telling me to do it myself, as I have been told when going to chain pharmacies. The wait time is very short and my medications are always in stock. The pharmacists here are also very knowledgable and actually have the time to talk to me. I don't know why I didn't try this pharmacy sooner!

The manager/employee at the front refused to do it, telling me that only active employees get the discount, when the card clearly stated my grandfather was eligible for said discount. Then the employee had the gall to apologize because he "didn't want to get in trouble." This is not the first bad experience at this Walgreens. I continually have issues with this location and the employees. My grandfather felt hurt and disappointed as he has given a lot of years to this company, and should have been given the employee discount. Sad that this policy isn't followed when the card clearly stated the benefits, and had it signed by the CEO. Do better, Walgreens, but especially at this location.

No I waited to pick it up today after work and no one notified me they didn't receive it. Now I get to wait until Monday when I will run out before then and I was told they would't even do the partial fill now because there is a chance they won't get it in on Monday.
