So, here's my take on this location. I've had pretty good service, like most days, you can always grab and go. The store is a bit pricey, but it's quite convenient in the Sienna area. This Mother's Day, I went there and was pleasantly surprised to find that I was a couple of cents off. The lady who helped me even covered the difference, which was incredibly kind. I can't remember her name, but she was the operational manager, so kudos to her! I visit this store regularly for birthday gifts, project supplies, and other essentials. It's a great option for students who don't want to drive 15-20 minutes out of Sienna. read more

This location has a couple of issues. Cashier's are unfriendly and it looks dirty and run down. Self serve kiosk are disgustingly dirty. Glad on entry does are equally as dirty and nasty looking. read more

CVS Pharmacy - a microwave on a counter top - Drugstores Near Me - Missouri City, Texas

My child was sick and we did a doctor on demand in the afternoon to get some antibiotics before a flight at noon the next day. I came in as soon as the pharmacy opened the next morning to ask if they could fill the prescription before our flight. No compassion, no care that we needed to leave. They said I needed to come back 3 hours later. I pleaded and they said to take a seat and they would try. No one in line behind me. Noone at the drive up window. They proceeded to call people on the phone to update that they were eligible for a new covid and flu vaccine. Another person arrived to get a walk up flu shot and they made sure he got his shot within minutes. I'm faced with the option of waiting for the antibiotics and missing the flight or leaving without antibiotics for a sick child. They were more interested in making sure new people walking up to the pickup line had their bar code for the prescription and explaining why (in extreme detail) instead of just doing the only thing they are useful for in my opinion...getting a prescription. Will be finding another pharmacy nearby even though this has the most convenient location. This location has been super unresponsive and slow for a while, but this takes the cake. The service is slow and not friendly. They are usually out of medication and it can take them weeks to get in stock. They do not communicate well. If my insurance would let me I would run back to HEB pharmacy. read more

This place use to be so nice and friendly but now has the rudest employees including in the pharmacy. There's a young middle eastern girl working pharmacy drive thru (she had on grey scrubs tonight) and is completely rude. I just picked up my sons prescription , left my card in the basket and she literally charged my card, put the card back in the basket with my prescription, pushed the tray towards me & walked off. Not a thank you, not a Have a great Night, not a i don't care if i ever see you again!! This will be the last prescription i will ever have fill at this CVS. I would rather drive out of the subdivision and down Hwy 6 to 1092 and go to Walgreens. read more

The CVS over in the back part of sienna is horrible. The customer service is nonexistent. When I try to make a phone call to discuss my prescription. I was on hold for 30 minutes. When I switched over to another pharmacy, I had the opportunity to have all of my prescriptions transferred from CVS to the other pharmacy, that other pharmacy could never get a hold of CVS to get the transfer completed. The other pharmacy was either hung up upon or they were on hold for 30 minutes. They need new management over in the back part of sienna. Pharmacy customer service is terrible! I had a prescription denied by insurance. They asked doctor to change and he denied the request. #1 I called insurance to get it approved and it did. 2. I was 36.00 dollars away from meeting my deductible so I picked up my 40.00 inhaler. Deductible should be met. They ran the 200.00 dollar inhaler (that is insurance price originally 500.00) and it didn't go through as covered. The "pharmacist " than gets pissy about it in front of other customers... and says why do you call insurance right now... It also SUNDAY so no one will be answering the calls until normal business hours. Really, I spent 3 hours Friday getting it approved and covered and then finding out my deductible already... bet if it was her 200.00 hard earned money she would be trying her best to keep it and use the damn insurance she already pays for... or maybe she makes enough she doesn't need to worry about an insignificant amount like 200.00 dollars!! Pharmacist is rude and condescending. It takes more than smarts to b a good pharmacist. I rather go to Walgreens- HEB or Walmart Pharmacy!

This CVS is a joke and the worst service. My prescription was auto filled at 90 days when I was out of tow . They called every day for 4 days telling me they couldn't hold my prescription. Every day I told them I was out of town and would be back in 5 days. They just called me this am again. And they have no record of every talking to me in the past and Brinda Patel told me that this would be considered insurance fraud. They won't hold the prescription now. Even though they said they would yesterday and the 4 days prior. She was confrontational rude and piss poor service. read more

Always some kind of issue here. Location is literally right by my house but will be changing pharmacies. Dentist sent in prescription for much needed oral rinse to avoid infection and was not filled yesterday when I picked up pain medication. Came back this morning and still not filled then asked to drive around building and wait 5-10 minutes instead of just letting me wait at window (No cars behind me or waiting) read more

If corporate is reading the reviews I hope and pray something is done in regards to this location as it is horrible. The customer service is rude. They are consistently out of medications or items they have on display for sale... the drive thru line is a time eater as they are turtle slow. Terrible service at this location. One girl work the check out counter actually refused to assist with transaction and told me she wouldn't handle my transaction and walked away from the front area altogether so I was left with only the option to self checkout. I love this CVS! I have used others for pharmacy needs and have not had good experiences so I don't even think about going anywhere else anymore. The CVS on LJ Pkwy is my go to store! The pharmacy staff is always friendly, patient and helpful! The front desk staff are kind and courteous as well! Haven't found that combo anywhere else. read more

I actually hate leaving bad reviews. Unfortunately I can not keep quiet about the Pharmacy department at this CVS location. I went to pick up a prescription at 5 pm and there were three cars ahead of me. I waited about 10 min and we did not move in line at all. I had to be somewhere so I came back at 7:45 on my way home. There were a few cars ahead of me but needed to get my prescription. About 8 min go by before one car even moves. Then the next car takes about 10 min. My turn I drive forward and they just start shutting they just start shutting the window and stopped help people even though we were there before they closed. I was trying to yell through the glass that I just needed to pick up my prescription but they did everything they could not to make eye contact. I tried calling nothing. I can see why this location has a 2.2 on Google and a 1.4 rating on Yelp. Because they could care less about their customers. read more

Joe Thomas, who is a manager on duty at this location but falsely represents himself to be a manager, is a very rude person and unkind to customers. He also selectively refuses to honor CVS coupons from those long CVS receipts. Avoid at all costs!!! read more

I have never left a negative review in my life, but here it is. The pharmacy staff is so rude and unhelpful. I was having some issues getting my profile transferred from another state. My former pharmacy did everything they could to assist me on this, but this CVS REFUSED to call or verify anything. I was stuck as the middle man for most of the process. The pharmacist actually cut me off and yelled at me over the phone. She (and others that I spoke to) were so rude that I actually cried when I hung up the phone. I had them on speakerphone in my kitchen, and my husband begged me to hang up and just use another pharmacy, but I was desperate to get my prescriptions filled and had already started the process. I have never been treated like this in my life. I will be changing pharmacies for sure. The convenience of this location is absolutely NOT worth it. read more
