CVS has an automated attendant for all calls to pharmacy. The attendant stated I would get a call back in one hour. No call back after 4 hours! Time to look for another pharmacy. read more

The manager and staff are incredibly rude and uncaring THEY DO NOT CARE . The stigma is real here if you or someone is suffering from addiction avoid this place at all cost. Even if your doctor gives the ok to send more medication, and changed the dosage ( because no one is perfect and medication that needs to be cut can get dicey sometimes ) they will refuse your LIFE SAVING MEDICATION because they simply think you are abusing medication when the ACTUAL doctors understand that this isn't the case. The power stricken manager at this CVS in Miller place and everyone there will politely say tough luck druggie (without directly saying that). There is a reason this is the WORST rated pharmacy probably in all of New York State. The manager should be terminated immediately. Even my Doctor was left speechless. And no I have not received my measly 2 strips of medication because she decided I can't have it. No insurance issue, no doctor issue, but one manager who decides I don't get 2 strips of medication that could help save my life. Sickening read more

The employee I spoke to today, a young lady , was very rude. She insisted that the refills on my prescription were invalid, that my doctor needed to send a new RX every month. I explained that for 3-4 years I've never had an issue before, and could you please ask the pharmacist for me because I believe she is mistaken.. she rudely added "ok. But I'm not mistaken". After being on hold for 20 minutes, the pharmacist said it would be ready within the hour. I told the pharmacist that I feel I deserve N apology for being treated as I was. She apologized for the young lady who answered the phone but that's just not enough for me . Some people have social anxiety, have trouble calling people due to mental illnesses. To be treated this way BY THE PHARMACY, is unacceptable. I WILL be moving all my business to Costco where everything is cheaper anyhow I wish I could give ZERO stars. But one star was the minimum Avoid this CVS. GO ANYWHERE ELSE I spoke to corporate and hopefully that young lady works stocking shelves for the next few years. She has no business speaking with customers unless she takes a course on how to interact with customers. Feels good to get this out. read more

Pharmacy and general goods. I'm a big fan of CVS, as I've stated before on Yelp - you can go into one anywhere in the country and they are pretty much a carbon copy of each other- so finding stuff is a snap. This feature alone is priceless to me as I travel a lot for work and am always in need of something - so rather than wasting time looking, I merely find a CVS and get my item and go. I was meeting a friend out here for dinner and needed a quickie item - and what to my wondering eyes appear - CVS. I popped in, found it and popped out. Good location on a main road, easy access and plenty of parking. The line was ultra quick and I was back out the door - kudos to CVS. Parking front and side. read more

Completely rude and act like they can't answer your question or like you are being confrontational when you are just trying to understand how to communicate to your doctor. It's crazy, then they allowed me to buy all these things without mentioning that they don't have bags then as I'm trying to tuck everything under and in between she's rushing me to grab the last thing. I'm coming in completely understanding of something that effects me negatively and trying to get answers to help myself through my doctor and I'm being treated as though I'm the problem. Idiots in the pharmacy. Was told I need a script for the second dose for shingles cause I was under 60. Well, I'm 51 and got the 1st shot. Google it 50 and over! Imagine these are the people dispensing medications. read more

Not a very good place. Bad drive thru service and ended up waiting about 25 minutes just to get up to the window and another 20 minutes to get my medication which is completely unacceptable, especially in a drive thru where as in the name, you should be able to drive through. The only reason I'm giving this 2 stars is because they didn't forget anything. read more

THE WORST PHARMACY ON LONG ISLAND ! The information they will provide you will directly contrast what the doctor tells you when he or she prescribed you the medication. These people are extremely unhelpful when you reach out during emergencies or if you need help regarding the prior authorization process. Just to reiterate in case I'm not being clear they do an exceptionally terrible job reaching out if more information is needed from either the customer or the doctor to fill the prescription. They see the medications as the product and don't believe good service is required to run a successful business. I would strongly recommend either driving up the road to Walgreens or heading 15 minutes west at most to another CVS it will save you a major headache if you do. read more

This CVS lacks in customer service. You could walk around every aisle looking for someone for help there's never anyone there. Then when you finally get up to the front register maybe there's still no one there or maybe there's six people online with one cashier. My experience was I walked around the store for 15 minutes couldn't find what I was looking for for one item finally got to the front and the one lady was checking in we are proceeded to stand there for 10 minute she didn't even look over and acknowledgment whatever else I have gotten down and walked out of the store read more

I love CVS PHARMACY they text me each month if i would like a refill i say yes or no and than they get it ready, i never have to worry about my prescriptions being filled . The people working there always address me by my name which is so nice. I go to the Miller Place CVS read more

Aside from one or two consistently friendly pharmacy staff members, I find this CVS to be quite lacking in the customer service department. Most of the staff members behind the counter/drive-thru could use some more training so they're all on the same page, the pharmacists (if you can actually get one to speak to you) are rude, condescending, impatient, and unclear in their explanations. read more

The pharmacy is a joke. I had to tell the woman to calm down after I calmly asked her a question.... they must be taking some of those pills or something. COMPLETELY un-except able to treat a customer like that. Then she walked away Rolling her eyes... disgrace. read more
