The pharmacist there is rude and abuses her authority, I have several medications going there for my severe medical conditions, One of my medications is an opioid, when CVS is out I go to my secondary pharmacy, when my secondary pharmacy is on back order I went back to CVS. The pharmacist told me she had never filled that prescription before for me, so now she doesn't feel comfortable filling it now. Mind you she has filled it several times. Terrible service. this pharmacy is a mess, i drooped off a prescription and later claimed never did. the staff is rude, unprofessional, and completely disorganized. they don't care about cust0mers at all/ they just make excuses and never fix anything. there are already tons of bad reviews, and yet they continue with the same poor service. i do not recommend this place . find a pharmacy that actually values and respects its patients. read more

My doctor sent in the Rx Tuesday.i watched him send it. They had not received it when I checked back twice that day. I checked Wednesday and Thursday. Friday they still did not have it and "hoped" it would arrive Monday. If your life depends on your medication, do not go here. It also has disgusting racist Christmas displays and NO customer service. I expect " good afternoon, sir, how may I help you?" Instead they announce loudly the medication I take to other customers and their first response is, "what is your birthdate". I reply with, "I'm fine. How are you doing?" "Hey, I'm here to pick up a Rx" "Tell me what you need to know from me?" These are racist crappy employees. I see them treat black customers more respectfully. read more

Worst CVS pharmacy ever! They called me Thursday to let me know my birth control would be ready on Friday at 4. I go pick them up on Sunday because I'm suppose to start taking them Sunday and they tell me it won't be in until Monday at 4! Why the hell call me on Thursday to tell me it'll be ready Friday?! When I told the pharmacist they called me Thursday to let me know it'll be ready Friday he basically called me a liar by stating there was no calls in the system so they didn't contact me. This is one of the few pharmacies that I have been to where the entire staff is happy! From the pharmacy techs and pharmacists, to the staff at the front registers, everyone is pleasant and helpful! The pharmacists have actively helped me to resolve issues between the doctors office and the insurance company on more than one occasion. I watched a pharmacy tech assist a customer who was struggling with several ailments, and his patience and compassion reaffirmed my belief in the inherent goodness of humans. This group is amazing! The store usually has what I'm looking for, so they must be re-stocking it often. The people at the pharmacy help me when I need to pick up my prescriptions, and the cashiers at the front don't take too long with customers. It's unusual for me to have to wait in a long line here. read more
