This was probably the worst CVS I've ever been to. Came here during Sunday night when it was less busier. I usually calculate the costs of merchandise that I am going to get and figure out which coupons to use via the CVS app prior going to the store, so that the transactions would go smoothly. But the two staff members at the register were really impatient, annoyed, and unprofessional. They gave off vibes that they really dislike their jobs, as they were frustrated when I showed them from my CVS app the coupons that I am using. I was only getting 4 things. The female staff member got frustrated, kept sighing, tapping the system screen, and told the male employee (maybe he was the evening manager) to help out. He got frustrated, raised his voice at some point, and said the only coupons that can be used are the only ones showing on the screen. He had no patience at all. I said calmly, I'll step aside to do some calculations while he can attend the other customers. He replied with annoyance that the screen is going to show the same thing anyways. When I went back to the register, the lady was back and did my transaction. Their system's coupons did not match the ones in my CVS app, so I ended up just paying for the items because I didn't want to be there any longer and continue to experience the negativity. This other customer was frustrated too with the service, but was very rude, cursed, and ended up walking out the store with without paying for his items. Look, I get it. Customer service jobs are not easy and can be annoying when customers use coupons. But I always plan beforehand and am polite, calm, and patient about it. Other CVS stores I have been to are usually patient and understanding, and even being helpful explaining how I can save more. This CVS was pretty well stocked, but it was the worst CVS I had ever visited, but I thank the staff members for working there because someone has to work there anyways. read more

Came to this CVS to refill a prescription on my way out of town, so I really needed my medication quickly. One of my prescriptions was ready, and the other was on hold for some administrative reason. Staff can make or break an establishment and the group working the pharmacy on 1/13/23 @ 7:30 pm were amazing! Everyone from the pharmacy assistant, to the cashiers, to the pharmacist were helpful, jovial, quick but thorough, and attentive to my needs. They also efficiently made it through quite a long line of patients. I switched to this pharmacy years ago after a terrible experience at a different one and have never regretted the decision. She took my information without any issues. Even took the time to check to see if my other children needed meds that were possibly sent in. She was quick, efficient, and friendly. And it's VERY common for them to be called to pick up a prescription that, once they get there, is either a) not ready, or b) wasn't for them. This place is a complete chaotic mess! I only visit this CVS because of its convenient location to me. Other than that, ugh! Customer service here (not including pharmacy) is horrible. This CVS pharmacy is horrible at customer service, providing commonly prescribed medication within a reasonable amount of time and not to mention that it's IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of someone when calling. That's nonexistent. I just recieved a recorded message phone call that one of my child's meds that I JUST dropped off a prescription for isn't avail, which for some reason they couldn't tell me while I was there, instead they told me to come back hours later (for an extremely common medication that should be in stock). Now I've waited on hold for 20 mins so far to speak to someone on the phone, finally decided to hang up! Never fails. I am giving it one star because there is no lower choice. PLEASE NOTE REVIEW IS FOR PHARMACIST ONLY. I have been a customer at this location for as far back as i can remember, way before CVS took over and thats been a while. So here goes. Last week my fiancé brought a prescription with 2 medicines on the same script as the meds are needed together as one compensates what the other removes. Anyways they only noticed one of the meds and i had to come back and point out their inability to read. They made the missing med (with no sense of urgency to fix their mistake). Now i come to fill a regular script and this useless pharmacist (same guy every time) looks at script and tells me from way back in the pharmacy (he had to scream it so all could hear him) "sorry i dont have this medicine try checking back in a week or so". Ok so WTF was that. First of if you look at the script its not something you just sit around and come back in a week to see what excuse this guy has to work less. Secondly, he could have easily done what has been done before and tried to see if he could have it shipped in from a different local or even offered for me to try and see if another CVS had it but what should not have happened was what did and that treat a client and a loyal one at that like nothing. So while my patronage is probably not going to be missed by CVS i hope it gets others mistreated by this dirtbag to keep complain till they do something about it. I visited this pharmacy to pick up a prescription for my father. There were several precautions and the mask mandate in place. After standing at the register and waiting approximately 10 minutes (while there were no other customers) I was finally attended by the pharmacist, John Zapata. I was completely ignored by the 2 two technicians on staff. I told him I was there to pick up a medication for my father but he said it was never sent in. I moved to the side, called the doctor's office and when asked for the pharmacy number, I asked John and he quickly told the technician to give it to me and the technician began writing it down on a piece of paper. At this point John tells him "Why don't you just tell her, you don't have to write it" but I thought to myself, why couldn't you just give it to me?? I quickly figured out that 1-John the pharmacist can not multi-task and 2-the technician did not speak English and just by looking at me, thought I did not speak Spanish. As I waited for the medication and stood where the pick up area was located, I heard the "lead" technician, Marcos say very loudly in Spanish that I was "looking at him with a face" (which was a lie and mind you, I am wearing a mask so you cannot entirely see my face) proceeded to walk over to John and ask him what I was waiting for, John whispered something and they both had a laugh. All of this while customers had gathered and began looking at me. He then went over to the other technician (who gave me the pharmacy number) and in Spanish continued to berate me not realizing that I was understanding everything he was saying. He then said he was taking a break and stepped away from the pharmacy. I walked up to the counter (because by this time I had already been waiting long enough and I wasn't having it anymore with the blatant discrimination going on) and told the technician in Spanish that I would like to know if the prescription was called in by the doctor and if it was being prepared. Both the pharmacist and him looked up in disbelief that I spoke Spanish. Long story short, my father's prescription was magically filled in two minutes, which if you know this pharmacy, it is unheard of because everything takes forever. John was trying to have someone else ring me up because he obviously did not want to help me due to his lack of professionalism and help earlier. He had no choice, came over to the register and gave me the most worthless apology and said "you know it's a cultural thing" to which my response was No, call it what it is which was discrimination because I do not fit the profile of a hispanic woman in Westchester and you thought you could get away with talking about me in a language I did not understand. When I lived in the area, I used Eckerds and transitioned to CVS once they closed. My parents as well. In all these years, I have never been treated so poorly. That entire pharmacy staff (excluding the older lady that was working because she clearly wanted no part in their stupidity) need customer service training, specifically something regarding HIPPA violations, race, language and using their indoor voice. I'm telling you, I only had a loose description of the color and size (from my memory), and not even an exact description of the product, and she was able to find it in under a minute. It was so impressive that I went over my entire shopping list from OTHER stores and, sure enough, found that I could get it all here. Straight up, I'm not normally a "CVS person", possibly even anti-CVS... okay, yes, I'm against them quite often. This one, however, has gotten me to raise my eye brows and start looking at some words I might have said against them... and wonder how it would taste to eat those words. Although it was a confusing situation for us, Mauricio took the time to explain all of our many questions and answered them all in detail and with great knowledge. And here's the WORST EXPERIENCE I had in my life with a Pharmacy, not even in Cuba I went through this. #CVSPharmacy My grandma is 80 years old, she has Cronic Hipertension, on Tuesday she was experiencing high levels as 215, which is pretty alarming, I ran instantly with her to Baptist Hospital in Kendall, where we spent the whole night until 2 am, and no doctor would call her, they not even worried about taking her signals, until I decided to go ask what was happening, and they just told me " you need to wait" because there were more cases before her, and they put on the sistem she was experiencing vomits when she actually arrived to the hospital with high blood presure ( which was told to the receptionist at first ) .... end of 1st Story no body took care of her, I wonder what would happended if she was experiencing a heart attack and they put her on hold for all that time.... when they were supposue to at least take her signals and do an electro.... 2 part... to the Next morning I took her to her excellent primary doctor, he examined her and sent a prescription for her medicine to the Pharmacy... Happens that Walgreens is not longer working with her Health Care Insurance so they told me #CVS had already the prescription ( right across the street) since 12pm I was trying to get her medicine and they would always said they were trying to get the prescriptions, I ended up calling to the other pharmacy and asking for help I needed to get her medicine, high blood presure could kill a person, I spent on that the whole afternoon, until my last call at 9 pm and the last guy who answered my call,( after Walgreens already confirmed they sent the prescription about 5 pm )Just told me : - you need to wait until we have your prescription ready, I explained to him what was happening with my Grandma, and the guy told me -That's not our problem, you need to wait. I've only been here one time and it was at 11 pm, but the customer service was good. They greeted me and when the line reached 3 people, the manager came in immediately to open up another register to ring out customers quickly. Stay away from this CVS Pharmacy! The doctor entered a prescription here upon my request because it's close to my house. My daughter was running a super high fever diagnosed with strep throat which is highly contagious. I went to the drive through and asked if they could please also give me Children's Advil with her antibiotics to which the lady rudely replied no we can't. I'm not sure if they changed the rules, but I've been helped in the past when the Dr has prescribed medicine with over the counter meds. It's not like I was asking to buy a bottle of wine. If they can come around the counter to help when you are in the store then why can't they grab a bottle of Advil. She said it was the rules even though it was raining and my daughter was crying. What is the point of having a drive through? They tout convenience and speediness. Yet, they offer none of those. if they want me to drive through for prescription and then get out for the rest then the drive through is useless! I may as well take my prescription elsewhere if I have to get out of the car on top of getting rude customer service! I love this CVS!! The Pharmacy is great!! I rarely wait a long time, they normally ask me if I could wait about 15-20 minutes for my prescription to be filled. They are very nice & you could tell they have a lot of business. It's 24 hours so I like going when it's pretty dead, but don't mind going when it's not. The little rewards card isn't an issue for me...to each his own. I feel that there are so many places that have little key chain reward cards, it doesn't bother me to carry theirs on mine & add it to my small key chain reward cards collection. The parking is fine just as long as you don't park under the trees in the front of the store. Beware for the pooping birds!! No matter the time, birds are always there!! I got something refunded without the receipt. It was store credit but I didn't mind since I was going to buy stuff from there anyway. When I'm not in the mood to deal with Super Walmart I go there.
