I picked up a prescription for my baby daughter, and the bottle wasn't sealed properly--medicine ended up spilling all over my bag. I didn't even notice until I got home and smelled something weird. What was supposed to be 14ml ended up being just 5ml. Tried calling the pharmacy a few times before finally getting through. When I explained what happened, they didn't apologize or seem to care at all. They just told me to come back and pick up more. Luckily my husband was able to go because I had both kids with me. Honestly, this kind of mistake is really careless, especially when it involves a baby's medication. Not sure why urgent care sent the prescription here. For a place that's open 24/7, it's really not run well. Wish I had read the reviews first--seems like this kind of thing happens a lot. Definitely wouldn't recommend this pharmacy. The service was nice, even if there was some language barrier. Food took a little time to prep as it's made to order, which gave me time to explore their shelves. There are products from different S. American countries, including some snacks and stuff i'm curious to try another day. Then I get to their freezer case and saw that they have some artisanal Peruvian gelato, with flavors like pisco sour, chicha morada, lucuma and more. What a find! This isn't the cleanest place, the prices do fluctuate since they don't have a POS or inventory system, but it's still stands out for the specialty goods and for the convenience. One time we bought a pack of 4 tall Yuenglings and the guy charged us $3.79 for them. Another time we went back to buy the same thing and another person on the register wanted to charge us $7-something. I also wanted to try some of their empanadas in the cafe section, but they look like they've been sitting there for a while so I didn't go for it. Some things may be cheaper than your CVS, but I guess it depends on who is at the register that day.
