2 times I've spoken with someone to refill my Rx and each time, despite being told they placed the order, nothing was done. 1 time online, 2 times with an employee, and nothing. Had to go in person to the counter, complain, for them to fill the order while I waited. Also, several time previously, I received a 30 day supply when I clearly let them know it was 90 days as required by my insurer. Worst pharmacy ever. read more

I have a lot of respect for medical professionals. While there was a bit of a language barrier, due to my poor Spanish, the busy staff were very nice and helpful. I had ordered two refills since we cannot be at home due to an impending hurricane. They were not ready but they told me I only had to wait 15 minutes. 10 minutes later I had our prescriptions! The WORST cvs in west Kendall. My mom has been trying to reach the pharmacy department for over an hour and nobody answers. This is disrespectful and front store employee said they couldn't go to that department because they had a long line. My mom was able to speak to a representative at ANOTHER CVS in less than 5 minutes. Not sure why no one answers but this is unacceptable!!! read more

If I can give this cvs location zero stars, I would. I have always been a cvs customer since I can remember, but just opened a reward account. I had a few questions about my receipt and was being helped by a nice young tall guy. He didn't have all the answers and asked me if I could ask the manager (Hispanic woman with braces) for assistance, who was just feet from us. I thought it was odd for him to ask me to ask her for help instead of him asking her himself. Before I even approached her I knew exactly why he didn't want to ask her. As soon as she saw him pointing at her and telling me she was the manager, I could see the annoyance on her face. From there, she was very short with me and it was clear that she did not want to help me. I wasn't even with her for 5 minutes and everything from her was attitude. She couldn't even give me her full attention. She kept answering phone calls and speaking loudly to other employees. Once I responded in her same tone, she cooled it off. But by that point I didn't even want her help anymore. I just grabbed my bags and walked out before I went off on her. CVS - please be cautious of who you place in management positions. If she treats customers this way, I don't even want to know how she behaves with employees. Unacceptable. read more

This is the worst CVS I have ever visit in my life. If you plan to use your car to pick up any meds, make sure you are not in a hurry and have enough gasoline, the waiting time is between 2-3 hours per car. This is crazy I have never seen that waiting time in others Pharmacies. Can't wait to change my insurance plan and remove CVS as my primary pharmacy. read more

This CVS has to be my least favorite in the area. Even the fact that it has a drive thru doesn't help me like it more than others. There's an issue every time I come to the pharmacy, and unfortunately CVS is the only pharmacy I can use with my health insurance. I dropped off one prescription, gave the pharmacy tech my insurance card, and he inputted all the information into their system. The next day I came back and a new tech said she needed my insurance card again. This entire process took over half an hour because they obviously unable to do things correctly the first time around. Fast forward to coming back after my prescription should have been ready. It still isn't ready and the same tech proceeds to tell me they didn't fill it because my insurance wasn't covering it. This is the first time I've ever had this happen. Typically my other CVS would fill the prescription and notify me that my insurance didn't cover it and I would have to pay for it. Nope, not here. They wanted me to wait another 30 minutes after I had waited 30 minutes already in the drive thru line. I would honestly rather go farther to another CVS, find parking with enough space to get the baby's car seat out, get down with my baby, and go inside than come here. read more

DO NOT GET COVID TESTING AT THIS SITE! WORST EXPERIENCE!!! I set an appointment online at this CVS Pharmacy location. After waiting 2 HOURS in the drive through lane, my car overheated and broke down. I was told I was not able to have the test done unless I was physically sitting in my car. After several attempts and waiting for a tow truck, I was able to start the car and drive through the 2nd pharmacy window. I was told I need to wait in line again. There were 10+ cars ahead of me at this time. The Manager said I would have to go through the line again to the first window, otherwise there's nothing else they can do. I understand being compliant with the CDC guidelines policy, about sitting "in the car". However, to have TOTAL DISREGARD for ppl's time and unique circumstances is UNACCEPTABLE! read more

For me this CVS has a very convenient location. Close by, clean, nice staff, always ready for you. The pharmacy service is great, they have the medicines ready for me to pick up at the time they say it will be ready. firstly if you are in a rush good luck... on almost every time ive stopped here... its taken forever to get anything done. another negative about this location is that on every occasion that i have gone at 7 (their opening time) the door is still locked. This morning i stood at the door for 5 minutes but only 1 employee was visible.. and she was over by the register.. after waiting i decided to that 5 minutes was long enough.. Also at times items ring up incorrectly so check your receipt if you go in.. if not.. there's a 24hr walmart across the street and a Walgreen a quarter mile east. read more

You wait forever until you pass out from waiting. Super slow. The line of people coming to pick up medications is always long. Only one woman filling medication orders, one person in the cash register, obe person in drop off, one all around help. One pharmacist? Overall, not enough staff fot the amount of orders and the amount if work tgey have to do. Hope there's no errors in your medications. People are on the slow side. In Publix, totally the opposite experience. CVS hire more people please and have a system that improves your workflow or hire more organized and dynamic staff. read more

This is the only pharmacy I've ever encountered that has screwed up with medications. To top it off, the place is an utter mess! A fire hazard! Boxes and boxes stacked high and thrown everywhere! I stopped into this CVS last night at around 9:30PM. I was looking for a specific dietary supplement that my 90 year old mother takes. I didn't find it on the shelves, so I decided to stop by the pharmacy desk to ask if there was an equivalent product to substitute it for. I was greeted by the Pharmacist with a , "Picking up?", I replied "No, I just have a question", he stated, "I'll be with you in a moment". I stood there waiting while he folded papers over and over, and by the way, I forgot to say that there was another person behind the counter. I stood there politely waiting for enough time that it now seemed awkward, I tried to pretend that I was looking at products that they had displayed near the counter but I was really just looking for a reason to just walk away. I looked back up at the two people behind the counter and I still didn't get any reaction or care about the question I wanted to ask. I finally just walked out of the store. Maybe they have enough business that they don't need mine? I know a lot of businesses are closing or hurting from the Amazon explosion, but if you can't even offer decent customer service with your over priced products, then Amazon deserves my business. FYI, I ordered the original product that I came into CVS for from Amazon last night and got a 3 month supply with free delivery. read more

As soon as I walked in I was welcomed and when I walked into the baby isle I was greeted as well and asked if I needed any assistance. The customer service at this cvs was great!
