After a 4-day long ordeal of trying to get my last batch of routine maintenance prescriptions refilled, and now 2 days trying to get new, somewhat urgent post-op meds filled (apparently the pharmacist took it upon herself to decide what to fill rather than follow those ordered by physician) , I'll be changing pharmacies as quickly as possible!

I was kept on hold for over 10 minutes at which point I was transferred to a recording that only gave me the option for a dial by name directory. I called back and was hung up on twice and the third time a male employee answered and said "we don't want to talk to you and hung up." Must be nice to have so much business that you can turn down transfers. I'll be happy to let the LTC facility and provider's office know not to consider your pharmacy for their compounding needs.

This is totally inappropriate , it is not a controlled substance ( which they released without MD name), they have no way to link me with my MD, but want it on every RX I send with ER. My RX stands alone, according to TN , as a mid level provider I have completed all requirements, have a DEA number and am covered by TCA's. I will ask my patients to choose another pharmacy that will accept NP scripts.

It's nice to have a pharmacist I can speak to when needed and meds filled promptly. They also sell local items like honey and sometimes I will see handmade items as well. They also have OTC meds, snacks and offer vaccines. Small pharmacy but offers great service!
