After complaining, they finally got the store manager, who advised me that their policy is to call a customer if any dashboard lights are present prior to beginning any work. I received no call, which supports my assertion that they damaged my tire sensor when replacing my tire. I tried filing a claim with their 3rd party insurance company, but of course was denied. Avoid getting automotive work done at Walmart as they don't stand behind their work.

I decided I wanted to stay with rite aid because they have all my records. So I take my script to the rite aid on Mount Vernon avenue in Marion Ohio and I have to say this is one of the cleanest pharmacies I've ever been to. The pharmacist Richard they have working for them is awesome he is the reason why I won't ever change pharmacies he's very knowledgeable, helpful, caring, seems to be able to remember everybody's name he is just a great asset to that company and I wish more pharmacist were like him. If I ever have a question he actually will stop what he is doing and walk over to me so he can answer it he never makes me feel like I interrupted him. So if you're looking for a new pharmacy and you want an awesome pharmacist I would recommend you go to rite aid on Mount Vernon avenue in Marion Ohio and speak with Richard. He truly is awesome he goes out of his way to make sure you understand everything and he always ask me how I'm doing which I have never been in a pharmacy where the pharmacist has asked me that. He passed the phone to his boss, Josh, and when I told Josh the whole story, he insisted that there was no promise and that he wasn't there. I realized there was no way the conversation was going anywhere, so I stopped the call. I was angry that I was tricked into making such a big purchase. I was fooled because I trusted this guy like I trust my friends. I felt like I had learned a lesson in life. At the same time, I smiled. We were the last people in line and when we got up to the register, the pharmacy representative told us she was already open two minutes past closing and we would have to come back tomorrow. We had just waited in line for about 15 minutes. All we needed to do was pick up one prescription. It probably would've taken her two or three more minutes to take care of us. Instead, she closed the gates in my wife's face, and we have to come back another day to pick up a prescription. I will be reaching out to corporate and reviewing this terrible experience on every app I have.
