The first entrance you come to is not an entrance- it's marked truck exit, but you can't see the sign till you've already turned. The bushes need trimmed, at the very least. Once in there, the lots don't connect so you're stuck. Went out the other truck exit (and presumably entrance) onto Wilson Road and tried again at the next entrance off 36. It is also unmarked, but at least it is the correct one for cars. Harumph. After that, it was a better experience. Kid K wanted a slushie and they don't have those, sadly, but otherwise have a decent drink and snack assortment. A few hot items. Plus restrooms, a laundromat, a TV lounge for truckers, road supplies and clothes, and more. Staff were super friendly and efficient, and kid-friendly. Gas prices are competitive. There's a Denny's or some such attached. Getting back onto 36 was easy, though crossing to the lane for 71 South was sketchy. 71 North is easy, right past the lot exit. Not the best truck stop/travel center I've been to, but not the worst. I'd go again, and now I know how to get in and out.

Brandon is welcoming, on top of everything, and just makes sure everyone is doing alright there. The facilities are pretty standard. They do their best to clean everything in a timely manner, but they have been pretty understaffed and so I give some grace on that. Majority of the employees are very kind and helpful though. We had no issues when it came to getting items or getting a spot to park for the night.

The donuts are amazing and I really appreciate that they are gluten and dairy free!! They aren't made with all the best ingredients, but they are delicious and a fanatic treat that make you feel included. Items are definitely pricey, so I personally stick to buying items I can't get elsewhere/made in house items. There is only one register/donut counter so be prepared to wait on busier days/popular times.

This place is heaven on earth for celiac families!…read more It's a cute little market and bakery with fully stocked shelves, fridges and freezers. And just like the name says, everything is fully gluten-free! I will admit I was skeptical at first. Some GF baked goods just don't hold up to our picky celiac teen's tastes. But we fully LOVED everything we got from here! The take & bake cinnamon rolls were honestly as good as Cinnabon. We are obsessed. And the tres leches cake was also the bomb! We also got some GF candy for kiddo's Christmas stocking, some fancy Italian pasta and a couple of their freshly baked Bosco sticks (cheesy breadsticks). So good! The one caveat is that this place is pretty pricey - but that tracks with GF foods in general. And the quality here makes it all worthwhile.

Eriq W. was great, and tried to do as much for me as he could!…read more Pricing on accessories are SO overpriced. I traded in my Iphone 11 for a Iphone 15 because it would not hold a charge more than 3 hrs. I purchased a screen protector, case, charger for my phone and a screen protector for my husband's phone. I was told that if I purchased 3 accessories, I would receive a $25 discount. I purchased 4 accessories. I repeatedly asked Ethan for the price on items and was told that it needed to be looked up, and left the conclusion of the transaction to my husband. Not till I got home did I realize my screen protector was $64.99 (used to pay $20), the USBC adaptor was $34.99 (which I discovered I did not need). I had to return the phone after 2 days because it would not hold a charge. I received an exchange but lost the cost of my screen protector. and told they would only give me credit for $21.00 on the adaptor, even though the discount should have applied only to the other 3 accessories that I purchased. DO NOT purchase any accessories from this store! Go on line or try another store.
